What I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Good experience for the value of the stay. Highly recommended this hotel!

Rooms:
Super comfortable beds. Clean bedding, clean room clean and modern bathroom. Shower only, did not have a bath. I asume others rooms may have. Room lacked a fridge which honestly was the only let down. You enter and it was smelling nice and had a modern usual 4 star feel.

Service:
Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. If you were ever standing in the reception you were quickly greated by a staff member to check everything was okay. You were allways greated when you entered the hotel.

Did feel at times they were a little low on staff especially at dinner but the staff had a high professional attitude at dealing with it. The rooms where not quite ready but we were offered free pastries (that were hot and fresh) and complimentary drinks while we waited for our room. We had to wait about 45 mins but with the efforts made to make us feel welcome it didn't bother us. We were fed and comfortable. Dinner had a lot of customers with what looked to be 1 kitchen staff and 1 waiter 1 bar/manger. But they supplied us with meats and cheese along with our drinks so we were happily distracted while we waited for food. We were a party of 12 so to be expected that the food would take some time but they did well with providing us with something while we waited or while they could service the other guests their mains.

Loby:
The loby was very welcomeing with fun decorations and Extremely comfortable sofas you could fall asleep in.
Fun, modern, welcoming.

Location:
Close to air port. Close to the town.

Restaurant/breakfast:
Food was high quality. Staff were lovely. Drinks were delightful and food was pretty decent.

Spa, pool & gym:
Can not comment on these facilities. The gym was not large but looked decent.

ATTENTION, vous n'avez a priori plus le droit de commander de la nourriture via la livraison et manger dans votre chambre. Habituée à descendre 2 à 3 fois par an dans cet hôtel, on s'est vu à plusieurs reprises demander une fourchette sans jamais de soucis mais hier réponse s'est interdit la politique de l'établissement à changer je n'ai jamais vu ça ailleurs le client n'est clairement pas roi chez vous nous n'y remettrons plus les pieds surtout pour une FOURCHETTE la dame de l'accueil a été plus que méprisante en plus de cela. Nous avons prolongé notre séjours dans un 4 étoiles du centre ville ou l'accueil est bien meilleur et la nourriture extérieur autorisé

Très bel établissement, cependant exentre du centre de Brest.
Chambre très Calme et bien agencée, salle de sport bien équipée et Spa détente agréable !

Staff aux petits soins pendant nos 3 jours. Merci à Virginie pour son accueil, Samuel pour ses conseils touristiques, Frédéric pour ces cocktails et son humour, Pierre et sa gentillesse.

Repas pris grâce à une wonderbox, nourriture délicieuse (meilleur repas pris depuis longtemps) avec un personnels adorables et à l'écoute ! Hâte de pouvoir y retourner ????

Agréable et Excellent séjour , personnel très accueillant et bienveillant , chambre au calme super????literie , bon restaurant très bon petit déjeuner nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ( au top niveau )
