The guys who come to clean throw away the towels and don't clean the room properly.
The breakfast is very bad, I want tea, I say it 3 times and wait 30 minutes. The sea is very bad.

we have iftar party for our company and really disappointed with service of buffet. few of Barbeque items finished before our turns come. what a mismanagement. sweets are good. ambience is beautiful.

السيرفيس بالبحر بطيء جدا وممنوع تطلبين او تاكلين فيه بس مشروبات
حاطين على بحر وفيه فوق ٢٠ كرسي رجال واحد يخدم و واحد يجيب لك فوط !!!
ليه طيب
وكل الكراسي محجزه ومافيها احد سواءا في البحر او الpool
وفوق كذا بعيددددددددددددد مشواير في كل مكان
والعالم زحمة !
للأسف انه اوتيل معروف بدبي ! يكون كذا !!!!! ????????

Visited the Arabian Court at the Royal Mirage for a work Iftar celebration. The Arabian Court in one of the hotels three spaces (The Palace, Arabian Court and The Residence) offering a classic Arabian vibe and decor. The Palace Courtyard and Arabian Courtyard are open daily from 5pm to 1am. The service was outstanding- friendly, efficient and helpfull. A great spot to enjoy with a group of friends or co-workers.

I visited this place today, and what I can say is only " THE BEST" . It's very hard to find a good place with professional staff, but I did find my therapist.
My therapist Zeinab was amazing, not only very professional but also very warm and charming lady. She made my day ❤️, I would come back only for her treatment.

One and only es un clásico en Dubái. Lugar excelente para reuniones de trabajo, para tomar algo cerca de la playa, y si puedes, para alojarte.
En un lugar extraordinario entre Marina y The Palm. Puro lujo.

A great Spa where you can find peace, nice welcome, and recharge your energy. It is a very clean spa with lots of attention to details and well-being. Prices are on high end though

If you want to spend thousands of dollars per night for a suite, do NOT stay in this hotel. Try Mandarin or Four Seasons.

The lights in the bathroom and room are not working. Management says it's a "technical issue" as if that's the guest's problem!! Terrible property and terrible customer service. We have a suite and lights in the bathrooms and rooms are not working. We have to wait for an "engineer" to fix it. What a joke.

I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, you can't go wrong with Mandarin and Four Seasons. One and Only Royal Mirage is a One and Only Joke. First and Last time here. As a customer spending bundles, we shouldn't have to deal with this agitation.

P.S. They need to learn how to treat western guests. Don't fall for management's response below.
