Really nice restaurant to taste the typical Tuscan dishes. The atmosphere is like any trattoria, warm and welcoming. The room and the waiters are both really nice.
The menu seems to change seasonally but the cheesecake is a permanent item and is definitely to try!
The portions were perfect.
It is a bit expensive though: we paid 82,50 euros for 2, including 8 euros for the “coperti” and 4,5 euros for a bottle of water which is a lot.

Restaurante para turistas em uma cidade turística. O ambiente é o diferencial, de fato é “interessante” e típico. Os garçons trabalham em uma correria intensa e há de se reconhecer o esforço deles para trabalhar com eficiência,
mas não justifica algumas grosserias. Resumo: há trattorias muito, mas muito melhores em Florença. Mas pelo ambiente, se tiver muitos dias na cidade, vale a visita. A comida, que demorou consideravelmente na minha visita, é boa no geral, massa barata, honesta e bem servida.

Wonderful! The ambiance was perfect, the wine flowed freely and holy smokes the pasta with the chiles and bacon was so freaking incredible it could have been a dessert!!

NO QUISIERON DARNOS DE CENAR!! Aun teniendo la reserva hecha a las 21:30, la mujer que atendía las reservas nos dijo que esperáramos, habiendo llegado un par de minutos antes de la hora. La gente que estaba fuera esperando con su reserva llevaban algunos una hora esperando a que les sentaran. La mujer de las reservas te habla creyéndose mejor que tu y literalmente la da igual si tienes reserva o no pasa olímpicamente de la gente y va sentando gente según la sale. No estoy dispuesto a hacer 1 hora de cola por cenar la verdad y sino no me reserves a esa hora, si yo reservo en un sitio a una hira quiero que me sientes a esa hora y no me ignores como si no fuera la cosa contigo. No recomiendo este restaurante a nadie que venga por aqui. No le pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede.

NO NOS HAN QUERIDO DAR DE CENAR. Teníamos una reserva a las 21:30 y nos han tenido 20 minutos esperando. La chica de la entrada super borde y SUPER INCOMPRENSIVA con el resto de personas que estaban esperando teniendo reserva. Había una pareja que incluso llevaba una hora esperando. Cuando nos hemos quejado, la respuesta de ella ha sido con mucho egoísmo que “cuando reservas por teléfono te avisan de que hay 20 minutos de espera” y que “como hemos reservado por la web…” ¿En qué momento se ha vuelto normal que tu reserves a una hora y te sientes media hora después? Todo un despropósito. Nos hemos ido y a la chica le ha dado exactamente igual. Horrible. Pienso decírselo a todo el mundo que quiera venir a este restaurante. Ningún sitio se merece tanto tiempo de espera y menos TENIENDO RESERVA.

Meine Empfehlung macht einen grossen Bogen um dieses Restaurant! Wir hatten eine Reservation was aber keine Rolle spielt. Das Restaurant hatte eine grosse Schlange vor der Türe und die Dame hat gefragt wer eine hat ohne zu kontrollieren. Kann einfach jeder behaupten. Dann wurden wir nach rein gebeten und mussten eine Ewigkeit warten bis wir tatsächlich einen Tisch erhalten haben. Wieder 15 Minuten später hat uns der Kellner die Speisekarte auf die Teller geworfen. Nochmals eine Ewigkeit später konnten wir das essen bestellen. Die Suppe war lauwarm und die Ravioli mit Rindfleisch waren schlechter wie die billigsten aus dem Supermarkt zum aufwärmen. So unfreundlich wurden wir noch nie behandelt. Niemand vom Personal hat es geschafft guten Abend zu sagen obwohl man es ihnen direkt ins Gesicht gesagt hat. Die Servicepauschale von 4€ pro Person hat am meisten weh getan.
Es war eine reine Abzocke ohne Gewissen seitens der Wirte.

Terrible Experience ! I’ve never paid so much to be treated this badly and without any respect! We booked a table and when we entered the restaurant the hostess was so Rude ordered us to wait outside without explanation then came and said to wait at the door. We waited half an hour. When we sat the table it was dirty with food and the waiters were on edge they didn’t even replied when we talked to them or said hi. It took overall 2h30 to get 1 starter and 2 dishes. We waited 45 minutes for the meat and it came uncooked (we specified we wanted it medium rear). We got bread that was not fresh and dry and when I said it wasn’t good the waiter literally laughed at my face and took it away without any explanations and didn’t bring a new one. To sum it up it was terrible from start to finish and what I’ve shared is just 20% of the experience..

Trattoria 13Gobbi captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine with its cozy atmosphere and flavorful dishes. However, despite the delicious food, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in slow and inattentive service throughout our meal.

While the bruschetta and tagliatelle al ragù were exceptional, the lack of attention from the staff dampened the overall experience. It's a shame because the ambiance and food have the potential to create a memorable dining experience.

In conclusion, while Trattoria 13Gobbi offers authentic Italian cuisine, improvements in staffing and service are needed to truly elevate the dining experience.

Cucina molto cambiata da 5-6 anni, una volta si andava e la ribollita era ribollita adesso e pane bagnato, come il prezzo è aumentato a dismisura un 1 un 2 senza dolce vino sfuso 1\4 e 1\5 acqua naturale, in 2 € 72. Per finire e lo dico da fiorentino vero a Firenze i locali di una volta non ci sono più è tutto commerciale per mangiare veramente bene bisogna uscire andare verso Siena o Incisa. Peccato

This place was recommended by a close friend. They raved about it, so decided to go there. First impressions the staff at the door "so rude." We arrived early and they were only taking reservations which is fine. There was a single lady who said I did make an online reservation. His response quite rudely was "for one, for one, we never take a reservation for one."
Anyway did manage to get a table. Staff were pompous. They only fawned over the American tourists. The rest were ignored. While taking the order was like hurry up haven't got all day . But with the American tourists he was chatty recommending dishes etc. Asked for a glass of wine. No wine measure used, just poured a bit.
Ordered the focaccia starter which was passable. The roast beef and potatoes came cold. Had to send it back. Some potatoes were burned.
The atmosphere was so noisy, couldn't have a decent conversation. Manager was grumpy and was berating his staff.
Don't believe the hype. Better staff, service and food elsewhere.

Met 20+ people outside waiting 30+ minutes despite reservations, including myself. No apology or empathy shown by the hostess. It felt as if dining there was suppose to be a privilege and that the wait was justified. Food, atmosphere and service quality didn't match the price. Would avoid and advise others to do the same.

This place was recommended to us. The atmosphere was nice and the quality of food was good. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, unfriendly and harsh, and on top of that we found it overpriced the quantities and the portions were small, so I personally left feeling hungry..

Avoid it! Worst experience in Florence so far!You have to wait in line even with a reservation for 30 min without excuses!! Inside again! And food takes forever! So many other better restaurants! Don’t do it! Ruined my birthday!

19:30 부터 저녁식사가 가능한데, 서양인들 줄 엄청 서있으니 예약했더라도 미리 가는 것을 추천함.
줄 서있는 사람들은 다 예약한 사람들이었음.

티본 스테이크 맛집이라고 현지인에게 추천받아 갔는데, 그것보다 리가토니 파스타가 환상이었음.

현지인에게 추천받은 방법을 적자면.
식전빵을 잘라서 리가토니에 넣고, 추가로 주는 치즈를 왕창 뿌려서 버무려 먹어야 함.

인종 차별이 있다는 리뷰들을 보고 걱정했는데, 내가 경험한 것은 없었음.

Davvero pessimi, mi dispiace. Ho prenotato con the fork tre settimane fa proprio per evitare questa situazione, e invece il ristorante non si trovava la prenotazione. Di conseguenza dopo che che ci siamo fatti 15 minuti a piedi con una persona anziana per andare a mangiare da loro ci hanno rimandato indietro alle 14 perché non si trovavano scritta la prenotazione. Davvero vergognosi. Hanno sostenuto che non bisogna prenotare con the fork e che a loro la prenotazione non fosse arrivata, quando a me sull’app dava confermata e mi è arrivato tanto di promemoria. Pessimi davvero.

Stasera ho portato mia figlia conoscendo bene il locale perché per lavoro vengo almeno tre/quattro volte l’anno. Purtroppo una delle peggiori esperienze. Servizio approssimativo, abbiamo chiesto due calici, non ci è stata data possibilità di scelta, servendoci un vino sconosciuto di pessima qualità dopo circa 20 minuti dall’ordine. Cestino di pane rattrappito. Il signature dish, i rigatoni con la mozzarella, stracotti. Sorpresa finale, il conto sbagliato con un secondo in più, senza nemmeno porgere le scuse. Peccato.

Super cadre, nous avons adoré l’ambiance et la décoration. Les entrées étaient bonnes, en revanche nous avons été très déçus des plats, recommandés par le serveur. Des asperges qui sortaient d’une boîte de conserve et des pâtes sans goût. Rien de transcendant.

Le personnel était très accueillant, nous avons bien mangé, le cadre est agréable. La charcuterie été bonne mais pas exceptionnelle. Je recommande l'assiette de grillades dont les cuissons étaient parfaites !
