Wonderfully, pleasant and helpful staff, eager to assist and serve in any way possible. Rooms were larger than expected and well maintained and serviced. We'd recommend lightening up the dark tones in the guest room hallways with lighter shades of paint and carpet in order to more easily navigate the rather narrow hallways. Overall though, a very nice boutique hotel in the center of Paris, with easy access to dozens of nice restaurants and venues, and a fabulously welcoming staff to assist you! We'd gladly stay there again and will highly recommend it to others when visiting Paris.

Il y avait des coquilles d'œufs dans les œufs brouillés.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de petit-déjeuner.
Le chef semblait malade et je ne pouvais donc pas manger confortablement.

Viaggio in famiglia , abbiamo dormito 4 notti in questo hotel e siamo trovati benissimo ,camera spaziosa per 4 persone ,colazione ottima ,personale bravissimo parla benissimo anche la lingua italiana ,,situato in una bella zona ,vicino al Opera ,alla Fayette, e al centro di Parigi, Consigliatissimo!!!

Excellentes prestations, personnel très serviable et avenant. Mention spéciale à Arnaud de la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa cordialité, et au cuisinier responsable de la cuisson minute des oeufs au petit déjeuner : un service inhabituel hors des palaces :-)

Si je n'ai pas mis la note maximale c'est juste parce que l'alarme s'est déclenchée en pleine nuit suite à un client ayant fumé dans sa chambre ; j'aurais aimé une confirmation que tout allait bien ensuite

accueil très agréable chambre excellente entièrement rénovée (peut-être parce que on nous a surclassé) avec WC séparé .petits déjeuners amplement suffisants ( comme conseil légère amélioration des viennoiseries si possible ).personnel présent aux petits déjeuners très disponible a l'écoute souriant(en somme excellent) .règlement correspondant a ce qui avait été annoncé avec toutes taxes comprises .rapport qualité prix qui me parait très correct .personnel présent a l'accueil 24h/24 .si les conditions actuelles persistent ( et il n'y a pas de raison pour que cela change)je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel et j'y reviendrais sans problème lors de mon prochain séjour
