We want to recognize Sheila (I hope I got the name correct) who was the manager on duty this past weekend. She went above and beyond to be sure we were out in a non smoking and quiet room with easy accessibility for my physically disabled daughter. She was friendly, easy to talk with and made our trip so enjoyable. We will definitely return!!

Never go here when they are hosting any sort of event.. tons of drunk high school students running around infront of traffic making it impossible to park or drive in the area. Hide your valuables because you’re likely to get your car broken into or get mugged in the parking lot

In November, 2023, I had great trouble with the first two rooms I was assigned. In one, there was a distinct odor of cigarette smoke. In the second, there were some ants crawling around (the season?) Anyway, the two night clerks, Sheila and April, were superb in terms of how they handled my distress. The service made up for the first two bad rooms.

Actually, we were at Anthony's inside restaurants there. For Friday, fish fry, and I had the lemon pepper broiled fish. Their clam chowder was the bomb diggity!
My meal was great! The sides were great! The waiter was great! Atmosphere could be improved. 9 out of 10 is my score. Sorry, I was so hungry & I forgot to take photos tonight. Oh and triple layer carrot cake was also, awesometastic!

Me and my grandmother stayed here for 2 nights and 2 days we arrived and had to have our room switched because there was week old food in our refrigerator and it was confirmed by the manager at the time that 2 cleaners had been in there the manager was very understanding and helpful but then our second day there was a new manager and she had abruptly came into our room during the day informing us that our checkout said the time she had came into our room which was false and when we had gone down to ask what had happened she bad accused us of making the change when we had been asleep 2 hrs before the change was made in the system, she had taken no responsibility for the mistake and gave an attitude when we asked if we were still able to stay in our room and as we walked away spoke about us to her co worker blaming us for the false checkout. Other then the dirty room and one of the managers being completely unprofessional we appreciate the women who helped us our first night and understood the frustration Feb 3-5th

We booked here for a work-related stay and everything was wonderful. The hotel and restaurant/bar staff were extremely friendly, the entire place was beautiful, our room was very clean and larger than expected and the pool was very relaxing. We're already planning our next stay!

Service is terrible very rude and miserable and unprofessional. Cleaning ladies barely do there job most times. Other than terrible staff this place is the best for a short stay

I’m so pleased with my clean and comfortable room. But, more than that, I’m so grateful for the helpful, gracious Alicia. She is a true professional and a warm and caring human being. The woman who checked us in is also very courteous and helpful. I cannot say enough about these wonderful staff members. I’m sold on Clarion
