If you are looking for Luxe - don’t let them put you in room 146. The furniture is all scratched up and old, the pictures are missing from the walls showing the wall anchors, the shelves are empty. A room advertised for $180 turns into $350 when you add the resort fees, valet, taxes, etc. Stayed one night - not anywhere near worth a few hundred dollars. Especially the state of the room. And don’t say “you should have called and they would have made it right” - nonsense, don’t rent that room until it’s ready for customers. It shouldn’t be our job to hold them accountable to offering the value they promised.

Stayed here for business and felt very comfortable! It’s a dog friendly hotel, so you see dogs around - but I didn’t notice “pee smell” as others mentioned in reviews. Hotel rooms are outdated, so doesn’t feel like luxury, but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I printed something for work at the reception without charge and overall felt comfortable with my stay. :) Thanks to the nice staff!

This hotel is a complete scam. Despite some well-maintained areas, we encountered challenges with the room conditions, including very unpleasant smells and dated furnishings like dark-stained carpets. Additionally, unexpected charges such as parking fees (40/USD per night) and a resort fee. It was a less-than-ideal stay. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. Consistent 1 star reviews are also indicative of others experience here.
My suggestion to the operators of this hotel is to gut it and start over.

I can't believe anything under a full five stars. Dubai 7 star has nothing on this place and I bet the vallet guys know where to get anything you could get in Dubai. I stand by this review and am open to being contact. I have names! Jenny at the desk made me feel extremely welcome after sorting out the charging with my soon to be sold Tesla. Casey at the bar was dope (no a in front right Casey? Even though you're probably a sox fan). I can't say enough about Pedro, Abraham (I hope I got that right - I was hearing Ibrahim (also a cool name) and Dwayne who actually beat me to the car by sprinting cuz I said I didn't want to bother him and I could just be on my way. He insisted and even offered me a coffee, found a phone I was missing, got me a NY Times to read (in your face Casey). Nothing but love for this place. Amirite?

Luxury hotel in LA near the downtown. We booked hier area so there was quiet and beautiful scenery. The complementary coffee was good quality. I’m bath user and it was definitely great.

Mega cockroach in the bathroom, hair on floor on arrival. Unclean floor, patio, bathroom. Poor food quality; outlandish prices considering. Very loud central heating. Cold “heated” pool. We used to come here all the time, we will not be back again. Nice staff.

It’s not a bad hotel but I will probably book elsewhere next time I’m in town. The room (really the whole hotel) and a fairly gross smell to it and the carpet near the bathroom seemed wet. The shower had major drainage issues and the hotel itself is very confusing to get into because the entrance is not well lit and they have cones and tape across part of it. The staff and valet team were very nice and this hotel has one of the best smelling soaps/shampoos. Not a bad place to stay, I’m just picky when it comes to a price point and standard like this.

terrible. for four or five hours they had this loud noise throughout the hotel that made my ears hurt and wouldn’t allow me any sleep, it was like some loud, throbbing kind of noise and it wasn’t shut off at all. stuff inside the bathroom was used already, there was no hot tub despite the person on the phone saying there was so there was bad customer service as well. an employee were rude to me when i asked where the pool towels were because literally none were visible to go get.

I usually never leave bad reviews but this was definitely necessary. I flew out to California for a vacation & stayed here. I genuinely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms and scenery of the site does
not match the photos that appears online.
This place is a scam.

During my stay I found a huge cockroach in my room & also was misinformed by 3 parking employees that as long as I didn’t have my car parked on site from 6am-10pm that I will not be charged $49 as long as I am a guest because after 10pm one of the employees check every car parked and mark what cars are parked there after that time. So I will am able to come and go during the day.

I only parked overnight the first day out of 4 nights and was charged $291.10 on my account and the calculations still does not not add up.

There’s was no issues or damages on the property on my behalf.

I called the front desk and I spoke to someone named Hannock he was extremely disrespectful & rude & he told me directly as stated “I am looking for an excuse not to pay for parking because that employee has been here over 10 years and would not say that”.

When in fact the parking employees misinformed me.

I did not receive any help or assistance with this matter & I found street parking for absolutely no reason because I still was charged and I didn’t even park there.

Not worth the price. We Waited an hour and a half after arriving to check in due to the room not being ready, they “upgraded” us but the room we got “upgraded” to had broken doorknobs and a dirty bathtub and shower . There’s also a bunch of unnecessary fees and weird taxes .

Booked on Hotels Tonight and they put me in a very outdated and fouls smelling basic room that was nothing like the high end pictures posted on the site. I stayed for 2 nights and paid over $700 for less quality than a motel 6. The resort and parking fees are astronomical! Don’t stay here!!

I am extremely disappointed in my hotel stay.
Despite the run down rooms with a terrible smell, and almost every single outlet not working in the room, the hotel staff is anything but pleasant. I left an extremely valuable item of mine in the hotel and realized the next day. As I called them in panic, they did absolutely nothing to help me out. In the most unapologetic tone, they took a message down and I never heard back from anyone. I called the hotel over and over and they simply told me "the maid never saw it" even though they claim their rooms are cleaned thoroughly and inspected by a manager before being rented out to another customer. This is not an item I lost or misplaced. I knew exactly where it was and the drawer I placed it in. At the least they could have acted like they were concerned for my huge loss (valued at 10k) and acted professional enough to take the appropriate steps to attempt to locate my item. I would never trust this hotel again or stay there due to their terrible customer service and lack of empathy.

Pictures definitely make it seem nicer than it is. Rooms are pretty dated. They also have a ton of fees aside from booking the hotel. We stayed three nights and at the end was charged an extra $500 for parking and a resort fee. I would never stay here or recommend it based off of that alone. The walls are also thin and can hear everything in the other rooms. They also give you a QR code to get your car, order room service, etc. We used it and services were either not provided or we had to walk down to the first building lobby and request in person.I would choose somewhere else

Overall just okay. Won’t stay again due to an occurrence that took place during our stay.

Cons
Walls were very thin so it’s very easy to hear the people upstairs walking around; can also easily hear your next door neighbors.

Toilet flushed slow in our room

Customer service was good for the most part 4/5.

Valet services and drivers were very friendly and quick to respond

The premises were well kept and aesthetically pleasing overall.

The size of the room was pretty spacious and I did enjoy the outdoor patio with the view.

Very dirty, over charge to what you have agreed to pay, they steal your deposit. Rooms are dirty carpet is filthy. Coffee maker doesn’t work service is horrible

I was disappointed with my stay for 2 reasons. Firstly, I checked in and was not provided with any information or explanation about the layout of the property, how to access wi-fi, dining options, etc. Now... maybe one might see there is a QR code on the back side of the room key jacket, but again, I missed this and it was certainly not pointed out to me. I also had to discover on my own that the only way to navigate from the "upper" level to the "main" level was to walk up and down a VERY steep road OR request a shuttle. Again, had this been explained to me rather than me making every inquiry, I would not be complaining.
Secondly, there was NO hot water; it was luke warm at best. I chose not to complain as it wasn't discovered until the next morning when I showered and I weighed out whether it was worth switching rooms for just one more evening. I decided to report this upon checkout. When I did report it, it was met with a very apathetic response... "I'm sorry about that". Period end of story. I reiterated my concern stating to please be certain to address this as I do not want another guest to experience this problem. Again, it was met with a lack luster, unreassuring response.
I personally, would not choose to stay at this hotel again. It lacks heart and soul.

This hotel should be a 2 to 3 star property.

Hotel rooms are dated and smelly. Hot water takes a long time to coming out. You can really control the air flow on the AC at all my room was hot. I asked for a fan and they told me they didnt have one. They could have gone a buy one for the price you pay for this rooms.

On my first day, after a long work day, I returned to my room to find out it was not serviced. When I called the front desk to have some come up and at least bring water and fresh towels, I was questioned if I have left the DNT sign on the door. When in fact it was not. You can hear ppl walking in the rooms on top of you and my room was close to the valet area, where I was hearing cars and ppl until late at night and early in the morning.

Food at the restaurant is subpar at best. First night I ordered their burger medium. I got my burger well done, dry and unseasoned. Second night I ordered a simple chicken caesar salad and it was soggy and unappealing. In both nights there was no one at the hostes station and only one server. I also learned that they don't really have an executive chef and the line cooks are the one making the meals and every night is someone different than the day before.

The entertainment system in the rooms is a joke. TV is small a the TV interactions is awful. The software use is old and the tv remote looks like brick from 20 yrs ago. Not to mention that there were many channels that you will get a no signal msg. Lastly, the corridor door towards the rooms was kept open 24 hrs when it should have been close for security.

I found out that the hotel have gone though several GM's in a short period of time. This tells me that owners are not invested in providing good service and product.

I will definitely will not be staying at this property ever again and I will not recommend it to any one.

This hotel needs a lot of TLC, and need to hire more staff.

It was awesome . I mean the Balcony Patios are gorgeous ????.. the structure built outside very nice Great View the rooms were kinda average
