Ein absolutes Must-do für jeden Islandurlauber!

Bevor du dich in die faszinierenden Gletscherwelten stürzen kannst, wirst du mit einem Offroad-Truck über eine holprige Strecke durch die Schönheit des Naturschutzgebiets gefahren. Halte dich gut fest!
Angekommen am Gletscher erhältst du Helm und Steigeisen und machst dich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf den Weg. Dabei bekommst du jede Menge interessante Infos über die Umgebung und den Gletscher.

Und dann... Wow! Ein unbeschreibliches Naturspektakel! Über 40 Meter blaues Eis erstrecken sich über dich – ein echtes Naturwunder! Am Ende der Tour kannst du sogar den Gletscher besteigen.
Unser Guide war nicht nur superfreundlich, sondern auch richtig witzig. Das hat das Erlebnis noch unvergesslicher gemacht.

Also, nicht lange zögern! Buche diese Tour – du wirst es nicht bereuen!

My best friend and I did the Glacier snowmobile tour this past week and and it was the highlight of our trip to Iceland. Sven was a funny and charming guide. We had so many laughs before and during the ride up to the glacier. The trip up was breathtaking and thrilling at the same time. At the end of our snowmobile tour, Sven shared more about his background, and it turned out our hilariously funny guide actually is a very skilled rescue worker who has been called in to rescue many people stranded on the glacier or stuck in crevices. He truly is a very experienced and admirable man and we were very lucky to have him as our guide on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour! Sven, thank you so much for making our snowmobiling day truly special! Thanks so much, Krista & Sally from Canada.

Sven and Paul were great guides, really grateful for the experience. Drive was super safe, instructions were clear, lots of laughs and fun! So lucky to get to experience a visit to a glacier like that.

Our family of five booked a super Jeep tour of the glacier and ended up doing a snowmobile tour upon the recommendation of the Glacier Journey staff. The reason being the snowmobiles are faster on the now soft snow due to summer temps. It ended up being a great suggestion. We had a great time. Very professional guides and efficiently run. Highly recommend Glacier Journey.

Can’t miss experience! We have never been snowmobiling before and we felt very comfortable after meeting the tour leaders. It was pretty cold the day we did the tour but we felt very warm with the overalls and helmets provided. Like nothing I have ever done better, highly suggest to anyone visiting Iceland!

The Ice Cave tour was absolutely fantastic and one of our favorite activities in Iceland. Unlike many of the other ice cave tour groups, they limit the number of people per tour to small groups, giving a much more intimate experience. I can't say enough good things about our tour guide, Laufey. She is one of the most experienced guides in the area and it shows. She also was just great with our six year old, who struggled a bit with the high winds that day. Laufey did such a good job of putting her at ease and keeping her entertained throughout the journey. I highly recommend this tour.
