Coup de cœur pour cet hôtel niché dans le quartier cool et urbain de Shoreditch. Comme tous les établissements de la marque Nobu, il met à l'honneur la simplicité japonaise, qui s'exprime à travers de multiples détails du design, tout en rendant hommage à la vibe urbaine du quartier de East London. Les 164 suites et chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très bien isolées. L'établissement abrite également l'un des restaurants les plus tendances du quartier, qui propose une cuisine japonaise de grande qualité. Un sans-faute.

We decided to try Nobu's bottomless brunch after seeing numerous videos on social media, and securing a reservation was quite a challenge. The restaurant was packed, indicating its popularity, but unfortunately, we found it to be somewhat overrated. The buffet offering of sushi and sashimi was disappointingly limited, and the quality didn't quite match the high expectations, especially given the price tag of £120 or more. I'd suggest opting for a casual dinner instead, where you might get better value for your money. The desserts were decent but not exceptional. While the service was efficient, the crowded atmosphere meant there was less personal attention and more of a mass-production feel. Overall, it didn't quite live up to the hype.

Overall it was an ok stay for us. The hotel lobby was nice and staffs were friendly but the room feels really small and soundproof was also not great. Strangely loud at night as people going in and out of their room.
