Per essere un hotel a una stella l'ho trovato personalmente molto carino! Piccolino e un po' vecchiotto ma camera molto pulita. Io e il mio ragazzo tenevamo anche per il bagno in comune, ma le nostre aspettative sono state ribaltate: sempre pulitissimo!
Unica cosa: gli extra un po' carucci, ma d'altronde siamo a Venezia.
Ci sono state lasciate le chiavi per rientrare a qualunque ora; posizione ottima abbastanza centrale a tutto.
Consigliato.

It's like staying in a traditional, old home in Venice! Far enough from the crowds. Clean. Fair price.

Ho alloggiato da solo per una notte in una camera presa last minute. L'entrata alla locanda è un po' equivoca e scomoda in quanto bisogna aprirla personalmente con le chiavi. Scale molto strette con gradini particolarmente ripidi. Camera mediocre ma ben pulita. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere l'università di Venezia e altre attrazioni.

Definirlo albergo è un'eresia. Capisco essere spartani ma lì andiamo oltre. Il costo per niente giustufucato.

Cet hôtel est ancien, il mériterait c'est vrai d'être rénové, mais en attendant les chambres sont propres, c'est une affaire familiale, l'emplacement est parfait, les tarifs sont moins chers que beaucoup d'autres endroits à Venise.

Las instalaciones están viejas y sucias. Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras estrechas para llegar a las habitaciones, que están bastante destartaladas y no tienen ningún servicio (ni tele ni aire acondicionado). Hasta las contraventanas cierran mal y no hablemos de la puerta, que encaja tan mal que entra la luz del pasillo durante toda la noche. Elegimos la habitación con baño privado, que es minúsculo y muy destartalado, además de que las toallas son como lijas y dejaron una sola dosis de gel para dos días, por no hablar de los bichos aplastados en el techo, el moho de la ducha y la mampara rota. No hacen limpieza diaria, y la habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos.

La ubicación lejos porque solo es caminando. La cama tenía bichos y nos picaron. Mejor tomen algo más cerca, xk el taxi cobra 70 euros

Great budget hotel. I was looking for a basic hotel and found this one. I was not expecting a fancy hotel because the price was so much lower than a lot of hotels. So if you are looking for a fancy place look elsewhere. I was not looking for a place to eat or hang out - just a place to sleep.
My room was clean. It was small - but this is Venice - most places are. There are a lot of stairs but there are non-stop stairs everywhere in Venice so not a huge deal for me because I just had a small carry on suitcase.
The staff was friendly when I checked in. I had a little trouble finding it but I spent half my time in Venice lost - but that is the fun of Venice - you find great things when you get lost and just start wandering.
So this place did well for what it is - a budget hotel. If you want elevators and a fancy hotel restaurant you can get it in Venice but you will pay a whole lot more.
It was super convenient to lots of places to eat and drink and I’d happily stay here again.

Nous étions dans la chambre no 9 qui comporte une sdd et wc prive. Alors comment dire .... chambre propre, serviettes de bain changées 1 jour sur 2, bonne literie, quartier calme. Ceci résume les points positifs de cet établissement ... car de l'autre côté on peut citer ... difficile à trouver, hotel défraîchi, chambre au 2d sans ascenseur via cage d'escaliers étroite, chambre exiguë, sdd pour lilliputiens, pas de climatisation, pas de TV, pas de WiFi, et surtout 2 gros points noirs : la bataille des moustiques durant la nuit et le fait d 'être à côté du WC commun du 2d ou l'insonorisation étant telle qu à chaque passage (et il y en a) on est réveillé... tout ca pour la modique somme de 140 €/la nuit. A vous de voir ...

Precios asequibles para la zona que es.
Nuestra habitación muy amplia con baño algo vieja pero realmente cumple con lo que necesitas.
Nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta la tarde.

I was at the hotel restaurant. The food is below average and the waiters are really rude. They behaves specially rude when one person of us on the table( out of four) wanted to only drink coffee and didn’t order food. They started staring at us until we left because they possibly expected us to eat and leave very fast

So rude. Don’t book to stay here. Zero people skills. Hidden costs. Absolute disgrace how they spoke to me for questioning added costs and told me they don’t need my money, and cancelled reservation! Unbelievable really!! P

Pretty good for a 1 star hotel. Sheets and bathrooms were quite clean and there were lots of extra blankets. Check in process was simple and we were able to store our bags. The beds were not overly comfy. Soft and thin feeling. And it was 2 singles made into a double with separate frames. Overall pretty good if you’re on a budget. Good wifi!
