Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia e ci siamo ritrovate in una camera minuscola in cui avevamo difficoltà a collocare i bagagli e a muoverci in contemporanea. La nostra richiesta di spostarci in una camera doppia non è stata accolta sostenendo che avessimo prenotato per due una camera singola!!!!!! Ovviamente questo non corrisponde al vero, abbiamo desistito per evitare discussioni che ci avrebbero guastato la vacanza.
La colazione è stata praticamente identica per 5 giorni ed è continentale e servita.
Ottime la pulizia e la posizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 1-4 marzo 2023, il posto è pulito e accogliente. Camere molto piccole ma dotate di ogni comfort: macchina caffè, acqua, frigo, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, shampoo e sapone. Ideale per brevi soggiorni solo con bagaglio a mano o trolley 10kg (altro non entra in stanza). Colazione abbondante senza sprechi, dolce e salata; viene servita direttamente al tavolo, con aggiunta di bevande calde e uova (da ordinare al momento). Personale molto gentile. Reception h24. Buona posizione vicino a stazione metro Gialla, oppure a piedi.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. We stayed there for six days and everything was perfect. Delicious vegan food for breakfast.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Lissabon, sehr zentral gelegen. Täglich wechselndes Frühstück, das direkt am Tisch serviert wird. Sehr hilfreich bei speziellen Wünschen. Am Abreisetag wurde uns in Lunchpaket hergerichtet.

Zimmer sind sehr klein aber fein, wobei wir nur zum Schlafen das Zimmer genutzt haben.
Hotel bleibt Ihrer Linie bezüglich Nachhaltigkeit treu.
Schapo, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Gorgeous Boutiquen Hotel in a great location to explore Lisbon on foot. The service personnel is flexible (we were allowed to check in two hours prior to the official time) and very friendly. The rooms are small but tidy and have all amenities. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. I didn't use the gym, but it is good to know there is one. 100 % recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the beginning I've had a feeling the room is really small, but I wasn't sure - it was supposed to have 18 m2. But after we went to another hotel where the room has 17 m2, but has almost the double size, I was sure they gave a much smaller room as we paid for. Another story is the breakfast - you get much less than you see on the photos on their booking page! see the enclosed photos - you can see what they promise and what you actually get. Also you get yesterdays buns and for the fried eggs you have to ask 3 times. Last but not least - the cappuccino is served in such a big cup and they probably top it up with water, that it has no taste. Also the toilet is a joke - an average man has really no space.
If the hotel was for €50 per night, I wouldn't complain at all, but it is a hotel for €150 per night, says it has 4* and the rating is 4.6. That simply isn't true and you don't get what you pay for. And the breakfast is just a joke!

Edit to the hotels feedback: not true you didn't receive such feedback during my stay. I've asked the desk if they are sure about the rooms size and I was assured it really has 17m2, what I've booked.
About the breakfast - what shall I do more than ask for something three times and leave the cappuccino full. The stuff should have asked about my satisfaction - they did not and I'm not that type who would complain because of bad breakfast to the manager. Btw: you find the breakfast you serve according to the photos? Don't say yes, please ????.

É um hotel muito agradável numa das artérias mais conhecidas da cidade de Lisboa. O hotel em si é muito agradável e tm uma decoração baseada em ideias ecológicas, aliás há diversas chamadas no hotel e no quarto para que os hóspedes sejam ecologicamente responsáveis. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, contudo pequenos. É um bom hotel para restaurar as energias após uma viagem ou um passeio por Lisboa.

This hotel days it's a 4 star boutique hotel. I am not sure where the 4 stars come from. The rooms are extremely small and so it the toilet. The " fitness center" that they have is ok, but it would have been nice if the treadmill and the bicycle would work. In my opinion it's better to spend a bit more for a real 5 star hotel

Breakfast was ok, but they give you the breakfast 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham per person. Not what you would expect from the 4 star hotel

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. the breakfast was amazing. I really like the taste of espresso coffee. I think about 60 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop and you can go anywhere.

Tolles Hotel für ein Städtetrip. Sauber und toller Service. Nicht die größten Zimmer aber man schläft ja nur da. Café, Drogerie Artikel auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. So wie es sein sollte. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herausheben muss man das Frühstück. Es ist kein Buffet aber man bekommt eine Auswahl an Gebäck, Obst, Jogurt usw. Eier werden frisch zubereitet. Alles kann man noch nachbestellen. Einfach Toll. (Tipp an das Hotel:Café ist ausbaufähig) im ganzen ein super Tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Auf jeden fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ein Erlebnis - es gibt kein Buffet oder Karte, sondern man wird bedient, bekommt aber alles was man möchte. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und in die Stadt kommt man auch schnell.

Hemos estado 2 noches y ha sido todo perfecto. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están genial y muy cómodas, el desayuno increíble casi que no podíamos comernos todo lo que ponen. Muy rico. Lo mejor aparte del desayuno es el personal, todos super amables y atentos. Te hacen sentir como en casa.
