Great boutique hotel close to a number of tourist attractions.
The rooms were clean and well appointed (4 poster bed, AC, fridge, good wifi) and had a large comfortable bed. Our room had a view of the hotel garden and its lemon tree.

The room included a good breakfast each morning - freshly made. Gluten free breakfasts also provided if required.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. They were able to provide good tips and advice during our visit. The hotel also has cats which roam the common areas - these are friendly.

We would highly recommend a stay here.

The best location, service, and breakfast! We stayed here for four nights, then extended with one night upon our return from Porto and I wished we’d have had even more time to soak in the place and the sunny garden together with the cats. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, especially if you like hip cafes, natural wine, and having the best view of the city literally 50 meters from the doorstep. And if you’re a breakfast lover don’t miss the pancakes! I highly recommend Tings!

Miglior Bnb in cui soggiornare a Lisbona! La mia camera era pulitissima e molto carina ed accogliente , la zona è tranquilla, ottima posizione. Fidati , qui ti sentirai a casa.. e vedrai girovagare gatti!! Alla prossima !

Amazing staff, very friendly, kind and accommodating. The cats are absolutely adorable. Breakfast is really good, the bread is to die for!!
Location is perfect, close to one of the most wonderful views over the city and the centre!

Live in the USA and visited this beautiful hotel back in November. Unfortunately I left my laptop there. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and were able to package up the laptop so I could have DHL come pick it up. Even after a few failed attempts due to DHL rules and customs issues they worked with me to get the laptop sent back safely to the USA. Top shelf customer service and a beautiful hotel!!! Would recommend to all!

Customer service was amazing :) steps away from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte which is one of the best view points in all of Lisbon. Would recommend :)

Sehr geehrtes Hotelteam,

ich möchte meine aufrichtige Dankbarkeit und Begeisterung für meinen kürzlichen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Von Anfang bis Ende war meine Erfahrung schlichtweg phänomenal. Ein ganz besonderes , stylisches Hotel für besondere Menschen.

Das Frühstück - ein wahres Highlight! Eure Mitarbeiter haben die Messlatte für Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ganz oben gesetzt. Ihre Professionalität hat meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.

Die fantastische Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer hat meinen Tag erhellt, und die Betten waren so gemütlich, dass sie sich mit denen eines 5-Sterne-Hotels messen konnten. Die Lounge mit dem Kamin war ein Ort der Entspannung und des Genusses.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Duplex Zimmer. Der kleine, wunderschöne Balkon bot einen atemberaubenden Blick, der mein Herz höher schlagen ließ.

Insgesamt ist euer Hotel ein Ort für besondere Menschen mit Stil und Intelligenz. Ich habe mich hier wahrhaft willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Dann hing in unserem Zimmer auch noch Bob Dylan, da wussten wir, wir sind am richtigen Ort . Es steht außer Frage, dass wir definitiv zurückkehren werden.

As i checked reviews and photos of rooms before booking i did not expect luxury rooms. Just basic rooms in family running hotel. More than facilities (tv, chairs, tables, etc) is usually importnat for accommodation is private room with private bathroom, cleaning and breakfast! And we found it in here. Cleaning spotless. As everyone did mention in previous reviews they really make the best pancakes i have ever had. Do not hesitate ask for more lol. Once you tried you can not stop eating them. I am allergic for cats, what they warn everyone on their website. But as cats are in common area and not in rooms area i did not mind and went through this fact. I did not need to use my pills at all as did not have any reaction. They have lovely garden so i can imagine how wonderful it must be having breakfast there, we did not as we visited this place in December :) i can highly reccomend this hotel. Also enjoy theirs homemade bread and freshly squeeze juice. Theirs breakfast starts your day exactly as you wish.
