Bardzo fajny hotel praktycznie przy samej plaży, basen z ciepłą wodą, klimatyzowane pokoje z łazienką, dużo zieleni i ptactwa w koło. Przy recepcji jest kawa, herbata z rana soki którymi można się częstować. Miła obsługa. Darmowy parking na terenie hotelu. Dwie wersje śniadaniowe do wyboru.

El tamaño y concepto del Hotel está muy bien, con servicios suficientes, que permiten una estancia tranquila. Está situado muy cerca de la Playa de Jacó, si se desea darse un baño o recorrerla andando evitando el tránsito de vehículos y el ruido de los fines de semana.

When you stay at a budget facility, you can't expect the highest caliber patrons there also.

More than a dozen teenagers in the swimming pool, making too much noise until 10:00 PM. when I asked the night manager to quiet them down so I could sleep.

????Nosotros hicimos la reservación por medio de una app (Booking) nos salió un par de dólares más económica, al llegar te piden dejar un depósito de $100 estos mismos se te regresan al salir.

????Toma tiempo para el check out por revisan la habitación para regresarte el depósito.

????Al llegar te dan unas bebidas de cortesía si pides algo en restaurante.

What a lovely little hotel! I think there are only 14 rooms around a nice pool and courtyard area. We had room 6, downstairs and with a kitchen. It was absolutely perfect for us. Very comfortable. And the hot breakfast that was delivered every morning was fantastic. We opted for pancakes and fresh fruit. It came with scrambled eggs too.. I have never had such wonderful, fluffy pancakes. There is coffee available 24/7.

The property is gated after 10 PM and there is a security guard. This might scare some people, but it made us feel very secure. Jaco is a beach, hippy, surfer town. We loved it!
Just a block from the beach, only a block from the main drag, with all the restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. We were able to walk everywhere, and such a reasonable rate!

Superbe hôtel, le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et soucieux de votre confort !
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables avec un petit extérieur.
Les jardins sont très bien entretenus.
La proximité avec le centre ville n'est pas négligeable, tout peut être fait à pied !
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, merci à tout le personnel.

Lugar hermoso acogedor buen desayuno pero el dia que estuvimos no habia agua ni electricidad ni aire acondicionado. No hubo buena respuesta por parte de la administración.simplementw cerraronnla oficina y no habia nadie .jn acto de irespeto e irresponsabilidad y desconsideración ya q nos cobraron igual.

Absolutely fantastic place. Excellent customer service and attention to guests comfort. Food was fresh and delicious and probably the biggest & fluffiest pancake I've ever had. The pool is immaculate and the grounds are lush with lots of birds. Room was sparkling clean and ice cold. Location is close to the beach and far enough from the main drag to be relatively quiet. Would visit again.

El pasado jueves 11 y viernes 12 de mayo no tuvimos agua en ningún momento en el lugar, y el hotel no hizo nada al respecto para solucionar la situación.

Naturalmente se solicitó un reembolso por la reservación en la recepción y se indicó que en el transcurso de la semana iban a realizar la devolución. Sin embargo en ningún momento se hizo dicho reembolso, y el lugar ignora todas mis llamadas y mensajes de WhatsApp.

Una postura irresponsable y poco profesional, no solo mintiendo al cliente, si no dando un pésimo servicio al cliente.

Es pequeño pero lindo y limpio. La piscina pequeña, pero bella.
El desayuno no está mal, en mi caso fue pinto , pan , huevo picado y rebanada de salchichón y tomate.
Ordenado y fácil el checking y por el precio, lo vale.

Yes, just Yes! The hotel is very nice, there is AC, a nice clean pool and the staff was SO FRIENDLY! Our breakfast was delivered to our patio/balcony and enjoyed with a few good laughs from the staff. We were literally right on the beach, with a short 3 min walk around the hotel to get to the sand. Lots of restaurants nearby and nightlife if you're looking for that. We enjoyed the location and definitely recommend!

El hotel es pequeño, todas las áreas muy limpias, las habitaciones sencillas pero limpias y cómodas, ubicado en el centro de Jaco a unos cuantos metros de la playa. El trato del personal es muy agradable, definitivamente espero regresar

Positive: This hotel was a charming oasis in a great location. The grounds and pool were lovely, the rooms immaculate, spacious and seemed to be recently renovated. It is steps from the beach and a short walk to any "downtown" restaurants or shops. Great value!

Excelente servicio y atención de los trabajadores a los huéspedes. Puntuales en la horas de alimentación una estación de café y té linda y tranquila 24hrs disponible. mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones y el funcionamiento de los baños. Por lo demás muy lindo lugar.
