Très bien situé aux portes de la vieille ville, récemment rénové, cet hôtel vous surprendra par sa propreté. Les hôtels Ibis sont bien connus des voyageurs francophones. Et si ceux-ci manquent souvent un peu de charme, et celui-ci ne déroge pas à la règle et se révèle exclusivement fonctionnel, mais si vous n'êtes pas regardant sur le charme et le confort, la localisation vous conviendra parfaitement. Les salles de bains sont néanmoins spacieuses et le petit déjeuner est correct.

What I liked:
- location of the hotel (close to downtown, public transportation, shopping malls, starbucks, etc.)
- friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
- breakfast (not up to the standards of the novotel in Vienna but still offered variety and quality)
- convenient private parking with direct access to reception (25€ per night stay)
- large and very comfortable shower
- cleanliness
- Relaxation area with musical instruments available (guitar, piano)
What I didn't like:
- rooms a bit too spartan for a 3 star hotel (nothing catastrophic, in the end you return there to sleep and you only do things to certain things on the day of arrival...)
- sometimes a bit noisy at night (proximity to the center can prove to be a small disadvantage)
Overall very positive experience. Recommended for value for money and great location.
PS. For a family and looking at the economic aspect this hotel turns out to be an excellent choice. On the other hand, if you´re going as a couple with the idea of a more romantic trip and not looking much at the savings on the hotel then I would look at something else.

Trustworthy and good value. Location was superb, just outside the gate to the old town, 5/10 min walk to city centre. Clean and quiet. Breakfast had many varieties of food.
