In a Michelin restaurant context, we got superb value for money. Food was creative and exquisite (maybe no need to add a sauce by the table with every dish ????), and atmosphere was really cozy by the beautiful (m)ethanol fire pit.
Service, still in Michelin context, got off to a slow start as our amuse-bouche took 30 mins to arrive, however remainder of the evening took place with a very attentive waiter crew.
It’s a must to try & explore the Croatian wines from the extensive wine list.
All in all, a wonderful experience (rating overall would have been 5 if not the Michelin expectations in mind). Will definitely come back.

Locally sourced and beautifully assembled dishes. Incredible flavors and textures. We enjoyed the short tasting menu with wine pairings. They are able to accommodate dietary requirements.

Ovaj restoran, nažalost, nije ispunio očekivanja i može se opisati kao razočaravajuće iskustvo. Unatoč prekrasnom ambijentu i izvrsnom somelieru, koji je bio jedini svijetla točka posjete, ostale aspekte ne bih ocijenila na razini koja bi opravdala Michelin zvjezdicu.

Hrana, iako kreativna, nije uspjela impresionirati svojim okusima. (Subjektivno) gledano, okusi nisu bili iznimni, čak smo se na nekoliko sljedova zapitali je li moguće da nedostaje bilo kakav karakterističan okus. Negodovali smo čak i osoblju direktno zbog nedostatka dubine i autentičnosti okusa, što je izuzetno važno u restoranskim iskustvima ovog ranga.

Posebno razočaranje predstavljala je voditeljica koja je predstavljala hranu. Na pitanje o alergijama, nije znala što je palamida, što je nešto što se očekuje od osobe koja radi u ugostiteljskom sektoru, posebno u restoranu koji pretendira na visoke standarde.

Sve u svemu, iako su neki elementi poput ambijenta i someliera bili više nego pohvalni, ukupan dojam ovog restorana nije bio na razini Michelin standarda. Kreativnost hrane nije bila niti blizu popraćena okusima, a manjak osnovnog znanja o hrani od strane osoblja dodatno je umanjio ukupni dojam.

Located at the top floor of Hitlon Costabella, Nebo is a classy restaurant.
We went during our holiday. A day before, I booked a table to make sure the kitchen was aware of my allergy.
Well, the dinner was supposed to be 7 courses, I had 4.5 of them. "Oh, you can't eat this, oh you can't eat that". My partner was eating and I was staring at him without anything to eat.
Allergies are not choices and if you are a starred restaurant, you should put more effort to make everyone welcome to your table.
And maybe staff that speak English would be better. When we arrived, we were told to choose a drink, it would be on the house. (The welcome drink is offered). Unfortunately those drinks were on our bills...
Is it worth the experience? Maybe, if you don't have any allergies and you can enjoy the entire dinner.

Posjet restoranu Nebo u Hiltonu u Rijeci bilo je iskustvo koje mi je donijelo mješane dojmove. Restoran se smjestio na predivnom mjestu s prekrasnim pogledom na more, što je odmah stvorilo ugođaj. Osoblje je bilo iznimno profesionalno i ljubazno, što je dodatno pridonijelo iskustvu.

Što se hrane tiče, neka jela su bila ukusna i dobro pripremljena, dok su druga imala previše izražen gorak i kiseo okus, što mi nije odgovaralo. Iako cijenim eksperimentiranje s okusima, smatram da bi trebali poraditi na balansiranju okusa kako bi se zadovoljili svi ukusi gostiju.

Unatoč tome, atmosfera i profesionalnost osoblja stvarno su se izdvojili. Vjerujem da restoran Nebo ima potencijala da postane još bolji s malim poboljšanjima u kulinarskom asortimanu.

Otmjen restoran sa predivnim pogledom, izuzetno ljubazno i nenametljivo osoblje,pazi se na svaki detalj, jako uredno i čisto, nevjerojatan izbor vina ,jelovnik savršeno osmišljen.Vrijedi otići i provati. Moja preporuka.

In vielen Sterne Restauran's gegesen!
In normalen würde mir ch 4 oder 5 Google Sterne geben aber hier wird jedes Kleinigkeit geachtet! Service und Timing ist nicht gut von Kellnern geübt ! Das Geschmack ist noch nicht für ein Stern! Sorry, das ist eine Kritik auf höchstem Niveau !

Super tolles Restaurant. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch der Service ist genial das Menü ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Weinberatung ist auch top. Somit in der Region ist sollte versuchen hier ein Tisch zu kriegen und sich das Menü. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir in der Region sein sollten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend.

Highly arrogant people. Hilton hotel guests with a child (8), who just wanted to visit the lounge, are not welcome (considered as a "problem") in the illusionary world of decadence and high prices. I would never dine there.

Véritablement peiné par des mets tantôt dénués de saveurs et de goût tantôt complètement gâchés par l'abondance de sel. La présentation farfelue ne justifie absolument pas jouer dans la cour des grands. Nous sommes partis au milieu des 7 temps car notre bouche et nos papilles commençaient à vouloir déposer plainte. Déplacement inutile au regard du repas fantastique que nous a proposé le palace de Menthon près d'Annecy, pourtant pourvu d'une étoile, que nous avons grandement apprécié l'avant veille. La gastronomie ne se résume pas à de "jolies" assiettes cher '"chef" si le goût n'est pas présent les gens s'en vont avant!

Deni the chéf, kao i uvijek odusevljava s sljedovima. Prekrasan prolazak Hrvatskom kroz hranu. Odlicna selekcija vina. O ambijentu i atmosferi ne treba ni razgovarati. Sve u svemu, za veliku preporuku. Bas veliku!

Nebo is one of the best restaurants i have ever been in. The flavours you taste in those BEAUTIFUL plates are just insane. Every single plate is presented on a special way and has a story about it. Service is on the highest level possible. Ambience is very nice with amazing view on the sea. This restaurant definitely doesn’t have a Micheline star for no reason.
