A COCKROACH IN MY ROOM!!!! As soon as we got to our room it smelled like cigarrets. You could clearly smell someone was smoking INSIDE the room. We did not complain and opened the door to the terrace to air out a few nights since we’d be out of the room most days anyway. Towards the end it smelled OK but our last night I walk in and I see something crawling in to my tights on the tub in the room. A COCKROACH!!!!! I killed it with the shoe on my feet and called the downstairs immediately! I told them how the room smelled gross and now a cockroach was in here and they said “is it dead? I can’t get you into a room so nothing I can do”. How about come clean it?!?! DISGUSTING!!!!! this place is OLD but charges you like it’s brand new. When we first arrived I also found hair in the mini fridge and when I undid my towel (I thought maybe from the dryer but now I just think this place is simply disgusting!!!!!) Honestly, do not be fooled by the pictures like I was.

Das Hotel ist Spitzenklasse und nur weiter zu empfehlen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Service top! Beim nächsten Urlaub in Barcelona kommen wir wieder.

Super emplacement ! Les chambres bien mais manquaient des armoires (nous on parmi de changer de chambre), personnel adorable !

Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute. Jolies chambres, salle de bain en demi-cercle assez grande. Silencieux quand la fenêtre est fermée. Nous avons très bien dormi.

מלון יפה אבל החדרים ישנים ומוזנחים קצת. יש עובש במקלחת.לא מצדיק 4 כוכבים. חיפשנו מלון לחופשה רומנטית , הגענו היום והתאכזבתי קצת. הטלויזיה עובדת אבל אין מה לראות ויש רעש מהצנרת מחדר האמבטיה ובלילה שומעים את זה חזק.ורעש מציק מחוץ לדלת של החדר , השעה כבר כמעט 1 בלילה.

Just got back from a lovely 4 night stay. The location is great and is around a 10 minute walk to las rambla, and around 50 minutes to the beach! Lots of nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets near to the hotel.

Reception’s staff lovely and really friendly. Rooms always lovely and clean with a coffee machine in the room as a nice touch.

Pool is tiny though - was expecting abit more based on the photos but pool didn’t matter to us.

Posto strategico reception disponibile servizio impeccabile.
La migliore vacanza che abbia fatto.
Lo consiglio vivamente come hotel .
P.s. il personale si è accorto che compivo gli anni e mi hanno portato lo spumante in camera come regalo.
Le camere sono stupende.
Se ritorno a Barcellona questo sarà il mio punto di riferimento.

Hotel y habitación limpios, Ubicación central, todo a poca distancia.
Apreciada mucho la terraza, tendré que volver en verano para disfrutar también de la piscina. ;)

Schönes und modernes Hotel in bester Lage. Das einzig negative ist der penetrante Raumluft Duft der auch beim guten Frühstück den Appetit verdirbt

Πολύ καλή και κεντρική τοποθεσία!
Ευγενικό προσωπικό!
Τα μπάνια παλιά και δεν έχουν καθόλου ηχομόνωση! Καθώς επίσης και το πιστολάκι μαλλιών παμπάλαιο και ήθελες μεροκάματο για να στεγνώσεις τα μαλλιά σου.
Έκανα κράτηση μέσω booking και προπλήρωσα απευθείας όλο το ποσό. Αλλά στο check out χρεώθηκα 30€ επιπλεον λόγω φόρων και καλά. Πολυ κακή εντύπωση μας έκανε αυτό και μας δυσαρέστησε.

Very nice hotel, nice staff and convenient location, everything is nearby and walking distance.

Room is very clean and has all facilities, only downside is that you can hear your neighbours snoring or phone alarm.

I have spent 03 days on this hotel it was so nice the service and rooms, view from window. Everything was amazing I’ll book in this hotel every time I come to Barcelona. Big thanks to the father and son who works there and the whole staff

Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. The rooftop breakfast was very nice with a spectacular view. Cannot go wrong with bacon!

Mi habitación tenía un salidero de agua en el baño, no entendía cómo iban las luces de toda la habitación que eran demasiadas, la nevera tampoco enfriaba, pagué una habitación con balcón, el cual era compartido con la habitación de al lado y ni siquiera tenía ni una silla para sentarnos ,la vista era pésima, lo cual no venía especificado como era realmente en ninguna foto de las que aparecen cuando hice mi reserva.Pedí de ser posible tener una habitación en una planta lo más alto posible y me enviaron un correo de que atenderían mi petición y me la han dado en la planta 2. El precio que he pagado por la estancia no se corresponde en lo absoluto con las condiciones de la habitación que esperaba tener .
