Had two members of staff arguing infront of us and now having issues where money keeps getting taken out of my account. I have sent a email explaining my worry and no response for over 2 and a half weeks. Not what you expect from a good hotel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett. Das Frühstück ist super und die Aussicht auch. Die 19 Euro für das SPA sind soweit ok. Was ich allerdings nicht so ok fand ist, das die hauseigenen Regeln nicht durchgesetzt werden. Und auch eine Beschwerde da nichts bringt. Aber sonst ein sehr zu empfehlendes Stadthotel.

Toller Service, Team war sehr aufmerksam sowohl beim Frühstück als auch Spa.
Am ersten Abend gleich Zimmer gewechselt da wir ein Zimmer mit Office-Bereich zum arbeiten benötigten (ohne Aufpreis).
Sehr hilfsbereite Bedienungen beim Frühstück (einziges Feedbacks gerne bis 11 Uhr Frühstück servieren, nicht nur bis 10).
Gym top Geräte und Zustand, sehr sinnvoll das dieser 24/7 ist.
Einige negative Kommentare bzgl kleinem Pool bzw Öffnungszeiten auf dem rooftop können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ein solches stadthotel sollte nach unserer Meinung so einen Rooftopbereich zum genießen und chillen haben und keine große schwimmanlage… Man sieht es auch vorher sehr gut auf den Fotos und sollte wissen, auf was man sich einstellt!
Letzter Pluspunkt, sehr ruhig (einige vergleichbare Hotels waren sehr hellhörig…)

Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced, plenty of much better hotels in the area you should consider instead.
We were early and were told it will be an hour or so for our rooms to be ready but they will get the process expedited. 2 hours later 2 of the 3 rooms were ready. When we asked about how long it would be we were told check in is at 3 so another hour. Why would 2 rooms be ready early but the last room

We had dinner at Nobu restaurant and Anastasia was an excellent waitress, friendly and very kind. The food was great as well, it’s always an experience to come here.

Agus el hombre de la recepción fue muy atento y amable, además muy profesional y educado. Èl hizo toda la estancia más fácil!
Las camas son muy cómodas, no me hubiera levantado. El desayuno buffet muy completo y todo buenísimo! Definitivamente volveremos, ya que vale mucho la pena :)

Estive neste hotel no final de dezembro de 2023, sendo realizado um depósito caução de 200,00 Euros no momento do"check in".
Ao solicitar o "check out", o hotel estava sem sistema de controle de hospedagem, assim, como eu tinha horário para embarcar, acreditando na gerência do hotel, confiei neste estabelecimento e retornei ao Brasil. Após muitas reclamações, recebi o resumo da estadia, mas, não recebi o valor referente a restituição do depósito realizado neste hotel. Foram diversos e-mails, trocas de mensagens pelo WhatsApp, sempre postergando a restituição, que até o presente momento não ocorreu! O atendimento é péssimo! Sempre uma desculpa para não realizar o pagamento!

The service is very good and friendly.
The corner rooms don't work at all! The bathroom is too small for two people. The architect did not do a good job here. The other rooms are good. The bed and pillows are sensational. The shower, however, is too tightly calculated so that the water spreads everywhere. The bar is good and they can also make good cocktails. Breakfast buffet is too modest for this category, there are definitely better ones.
The location is too remote. Even though subway station is around the corner, for private purposes a more central or beach location is better. Value for money is OK but I would not stay there again.

I stayed here for 6 days and the hotel staff upgraded my room free of charge to a bigger one with a beautiful view. The location isn't super close to many tourist attractions but it very easy to get around because it's across from a major metro station and buses and taxis are everywhere. I felt very safe and secure as well. The building itself is beautiful and serene and the service was impeccable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Spectacular 5-star hotel in the middle of Barcelona. The Nobu was assigned to us by Viking Cruises for our Barcelona extension to our Western Mediterranean cruise...and we couldn't have been happier.
The tallest building in Barcelona, we had views from the rooftop pool that were nothing less than spectacular. After sightseeing, we spent a good amount of time at the pool sipping wine and snacking on Nobu pomme frites.
This hotel is highly recommended.

For a supposed 5-star hotel, the service was shockingly poor, or rather, non-existent. During our two-night stay, our room was not cleaned at all. Additionally, my girlfriend left behind two necklaces and a hair straightener in the room. We called on the evening of our check-out day to inquire about these items, providing detailed descriptions of where they were left, yet they were not found. This is quite perplexing and not something one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Furthermore, instead of cooling, the air conditioning system seemed to be heating, resulting in a constant temperature of 27.5 degrees Celsius in our room for two days straight. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff multiple times over the course of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it, despite assurances otherwise.
Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Nobu Hotel Barcelona based on my experience. It's truly unfortunate that such a beautiful property falls short in terms of service and guest satisfaction.
