Un coup de cœur pour ce superbe établissement à l'architecture contemporaine aux lignes épurées ! L'endroit est accueillant et chaleureux. Les suites sont réparties autour d'une magnifique piscine centrale. Toutes sont spacieuses, lumineuses et remarquablement équipées. Literie de qualité, climatisation, smart TV, rien ne manque. La décoration sobre est une réussite. Petite salle de fitness et un spa. Le restaurant à demeure propose un excellent petit déjeuner et une cuisine créative et savoureuse. Le service est impeccable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The main areas of the hotel are nice but the rooms are dated and rundown. In one hour, we lost power 5 times and on our final night, there was no water for half hour.
The TVs in the rooms are awful - slow, u responsive, just bad.
Outside of that, the service really needs to be improved - we went to the restaurant to request a set of utensils TWO NIGHTS and even though we were in the restaurant they didn't hand us the utensils but said they'll send someone up. Twenty minutes later, nothing. Both times we had to go back to the restaurant to ask again because there are no phones in the room, so you can't call anyone.
We ordered pickup from the restaurant one night - we literally went to the restaurant to order and pick up the food then returned the dishes to the restaurant. Three items (one vegetarian starter, a falafel sandwich and a chicken sandwich) cost 1500 baht and, on top of that, they slapped a 10% service charge (even though we did all the work) and another 8% tax. Absolutely insane.
The food was OK but the whole experience was frustrating and it leaves the guests feeling gouged.
They need to do better as a 4-star resort so until they adjust their food prices and the subpar service, I would not recommend.
