What do you expect from such an hotel ?
You just get it.
Perfect service and marvellous staff.
My personal best take in Palma… although you have to book early.

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms and perfect location, right in the heart of old town Palma. The staff even helped us out when we arrived in the middle of the night after an AirBNB mishap, which was a huge relief at the start of our vacation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody.

Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location. Although there were some issues with our room the staff and management were excellent and professional in every way. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!!

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre, und liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Ecke der Altstadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und sorgen für ein richtig entspanntes Urlaubsgefühl.

Hemos estado en el puente del pilar y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, no solo porque el hotel es muy bonito, moderno, acogedor y elegante, sino por un TOP de servicio y amabilidad por parte del personal. Gracias Fede, Leo, Francesca entre otros trabajadores que nos han hecho la estadía aún más agradable. Un abrazo y esperamos poder repetir la experiencia.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed, the staff was just great. Whatever you asked they were trying to make it happen. Just amazing the way they interact with you. The hotel itself is very special with the rooftop area, Lunch, drinks and rooms etc.
