Location is excellent, The breakfast is amazing, the Rooms are ok, It was very hot for a sept trip and the AC is not all that great. beds are very hard, unless you like sleeping on those types. Biggest problem is parking and pay parking is only good for 4 hours at a time, if you can get a spot, not an issue if your using taxi service. Traffic for most of the year is nonstop but the view is awesome. The garden and the city are stunning. Gust services are wonderful and went out of their way to help.

Comfortable hotel with adequate breakfast offering. Watch out for staff " monitoring" how much you eat! Location good but can be noisy as it's close to a main square but next to a delightful garden.

We spent 2 days in this hotel. The service is pleasant and efficient and the location is ideal. On the other hand, the hotel is very old and deserves a major renovation of its infrastructure. The 4 stars are present because the equipment is there but very old and in poor condition. The showers in particular must be 20 years old, traces of limescale are everywhere and the materials are no longer up to date. The spa and swimming pool are also very old. In comparison and at an equivalent price we also spent 2 days at the "Zenite Hotel" which is just a little higher up, all the facilities are brand new and the service is perfect.
See the owner's response, you will understand why the hotel does not improve or correct its problems. It seems that the structure prefers to laugh about it even if it means outright telling me to look elsewhere! Great reaction, well done social media manager! At this rate you know where you are going, into the wall!
