Cet hôtel c'est le luxe absolu à l'image de la chaîne Ritz Carlton. Des chambres ultra-confortables avec balcon et tout ce qui s'en suit, deux belles piscines, un accès à une plage privée, cinq restaurants, un club de fitness, un kid club, quatre courts de tennis, un terrain de golf… La décoration est bien sûr chic et raffinée partout avec un lobby immense très impressionnant où ont souvent lieu des concerts en soirée et où vous prendrez plaisir à boire un verre, même si vous ne résidez pas à l'hôtel. Tout est parfait en résumé, même si le budget est conséquent.

The hotel is simply perfect. They have completely repaired any damage from the hurricane. The rooms are the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.

I would rate it 4.5 stars - a very nice hotel, excellent staff, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Make sure you're not staying on the north side of the hotel facing north or you will be viewing a construction site (it's probably 18 - 24 months away from finishing from Feb 2023) Also, if you book a reservation with an ocean front make sure you get it - it isn't guaranteed... Another tip - Gumbo Limbo the place on the beach fills up quickly. Just because you're staying there does not mean you'll get seated within a reasonable time. The first day there, after they messed up our reservation the front desk said suggested we go there to eat, and it was a 2.5 hour wait... Doesn't matter the hotel had just made a big mistake on their part.
Other than the initial and frustrating miscues it was a nice hotel. The staff is very good (friendly and service oriented) and the housekeeping was top notch.
