Spent 2 spectacular nights at the Baccarat hotel!
The rooms were spacious considering you are in New york city,extremely luxurious rooms and the shower in the bathroom is a masterpiece.

They greet you back to your room with delicious macrons every night and the staff are just lovely!

Make sure you try their lobster roll in the grand salon, and honestly my stay was made extra special by their amazing concierge Rafael he truly went all out in making sure I get the full New York experience!

If you want a fancy hotel with tailored guest services Baccarat is the hotel for you!

And I wont forget the bellmen at the front door who were always smiling and welcoming throughout the day.

Special occasion high tea was a five star experience. Exquisite dining room & bar area, and of course beautiful glassware and chandeliers. Wonderful savory and sweet bites. Exemplary service. A quiet, elegant oasis in NYC. Already dreaming of my next visit

Was dining at the Grand salon, food and service at the salon was absolutely phenomenal. However, I failed to appreciate the distasteful behavior of the staff managing the common areas. It would have been more appealing and polite to ask if there were any specific concerns that could be addressed rather than yelling.

Wonderful luxury hotel. The service is impeccable. When you check in you'll be handled a skeleton key. It is decorative, but it gives you an old world feeling. The rooms were expertly and elegantly appointed. Enjoy the 540 toiletries. The shower has a view into the guest room which was a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were amazing. Leave your housekeeping light on and the will provide turn down service. I came into my room with the bed turned down, a full bucket of ice, water and macarons. Have tea in the Great Salon. Visit the spa and enjoy the pool. My only criticism is that you can hear the rumble of the subway at the spa. Also, the hallway for the elevator gets very congested when you are going to tea or trying to get to the front desk.

So let’s start by saying that it’s a truly beautiful hotel. Rooms are also top luxury.

That said, the service can be lacking.

Example: fire alarm sounded and it was a false alarm. No problem. But after they determined that everyone could return to their rooms, the alarm kept going off for 30 minutes!!!! This happened at 3 am

No apology or any kind of gesture to rectify the event.

Check out was also very cold. No mention of the issues. They just didn’t want to engage in conversation. Didn’t feel right.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would! This is our second time staying here in 2 months. On arrival the door man remembered us and welcomed us back. A few weeks prior the concierge team was able to get us a reservation to Polo Bar for Valentine's day, something AMEX and we didn't accomplish on our own, and finally, after an amazing Broadway show, the host at the bar had a reserved table for us back at the bar. This might be the best service we've seen at any 5 star hotel and what you should expect. I need to take more pictures next time! High reviews to the whole team.

The hosstess in the bar should be fired . I’m sure there’s multiple complaints about that guy . I have never seen a hosstess like that in 5 start hotel He walks around like he owns the whole place and plus gives you that kind of a look when you walk in . He never smile oh say hi . Very aggressive look and with bad attitude

Chris (Bar host) is amazing. He assisted us with seating. We initially sat at the bar. Once there, the bar tenders ignored my fiancé and I for an unreasonable amount of time. After this occurrence, I went back to Chris who was very hospitable and assisted us in getting a better accommodation and server. Thanks Anton! You were amazing as well. Cheers ????
