Superbe hôtel Marriott avec salle de fitness à deux pas du 9/11 Memorial à New York.
Un bel hôtel Marriott, fidèle à la réputation de la chaîne, à deux pas du 9/11 Memorial et de tous les points d'intérêt du Financial District. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, avec une déco plutôt minimaliste, dans les tons blancs évidemment. Les clients ont accès gratuitement à la salle de fitness ouverte 24h/24, qui a été entièrement rénovée et comprend des équipements dernier cri. Le staff est aimable et à l'écoute, ils répondront à toutes vos questions sur la ville.

I was told some stories about this hotel that made me feel very unconfortable and sound very suspicious. I do not recomend this hotel and I will never stay there anymore.

I really enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. Customer service was great from start to finish. The room was a decent size for NY. Although I must admit the beds are a little bit small for two adults to share. We all enjoyed the Hudson River view. There is a destination fee of $25 but they do give you a good/drink allowance for the restaurant downstairs, bike rental and a bus tour if you want to take advantage of that. There is a $65 valet parking fee but if you stay on a Saturday night all parking on the street is free but you have to walk a little.

Did a 2 day focus group here, the staff was very attentive and professional. The meeting rooms were outdated and dingy for being in that area.

Booked my reservation through my employers online booking agency. There was no reference to the bogus “destination charge” while booking. Checked-in and was told about the $75 fee for the first time. I kindly explained that I will not be using any of the services like the bike they provide for use in downtown Manhattan. Instead of accommodating me, the front desk was extremely rude and essentially told me I was dumb. I have status with Marriott and frequently pay the destination fee, especially when I’m traveling for personal reasons and when I know in advance there is a fee associated with the stay. This place really rubbed me the wrong way. Awful staff.
