We only stayed for one night during our trip through Mexico, but I would have loved to stay in this hotel longer. The service is amazing and the people are super friendly. Drinks (some soft drinks and water) are available and included free of charge.
The rooms are very spacious with a hammock in the room. Beds are comfortable. The shower is outside, super clean and protected to make sure no animals can come in.
Breakfast was good. More than enough food available as a buffet, including tea and coffee. They also have a warm meal menu which you can order, such as eggs and pancakes.
Location is in the middle of Valladolid, and only a short walk to the main square. Perfect.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!

There is ample parking and the location is pretty convenient to the main plaza.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area.
I liked that there were games and beverages available self serve whenever you needed them.
My only tip for the hotel is there should be a mat or antislip pads for the shower- it is incredibly slippery!
Building itself, rooms, breakfast, service (Santiago was great with all: his personality, his tips for restaurants and being our guide at the EkBalam/private Cenote tour) was all great! Thank you guys (and Pupet the dog for sure! Our son loved her!!)

And if you are going there: take the tour to the cenote!! It is worth every penny of the price!!
BTW: hotel management: think of a (very private) sleep-over possibility at the cenote… It would have been even greater! ????

Quiet location but just 10 min walk to main square straight up one road.
Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos solamente una noche, pero el tiempo que estuvimos en este hotel fue simplemente memorable y maravilloso.
Para empezar el servicio y amabilidad de María José y fue excepcional, ella se esmeró en ayudarnos con una situación con la que lidiábamos e hizo todo a su alcance para resolver nuestro inconveniente de manera satisfactoria. Estaremos siempre agradecidos con ella.
La decoración del hotel es impecable, llena de detalles preciosos y cuidados.
La habitación fue PERFECTA, la limpieza inmejorable, pensaron en todo y más para que no necesites nada y estés siempre cómodo.
La cena y el desayuno fueron deliciosos, todo fresco, bien hecho, ordenado y sabroso.
Gracias nuevamente a María José, Gabriel y Virginia por su atención.
Fue un placer hospedarnos en este hotel, soñamos con regresar. ✨

Hotel Posada is a very charming and elevated hotel located about 10-15 minute walk from Valladolid Center. With all the cochinitas and longanizas, trust me you will want that walk. The rooms are spacious and the decor is amazing. The included breakfast is very good with home made eggs. The staff is very attentive. No issues at all. Would stay again
