My brother and I stayed at the Concord and we could not have been happier. The location was great—right next to streets that led into the old town shops and cafés but it was just still quiet at night. The rooms were sweet and very tidy. And the staff was so friendly too. We will be back!

Your reception staff were fantastic . Very helpful and welcoming on arrival . The parking was made very easy by the direction of the staff. I cannot fault a thing about our stay with you. I also placed a review on Hotels.com giving you a very good review. We will return and only stay with you.

Hotel parfaitement situé, il faut toutefois disposé d'une petite voiture en raison d'un parking très étroit. L'hotel pourrait avoir un accord tarifaire préférentiel avec une société de parking proche.

La posición del hotel, la disponibilidad de un parking en el centro de AIX y la amabilidad del personal fueron todos óptimos. La cama era confortable, la habitación limpia. Mi única pega era la ducha. En mi habitación (Nº9) fue imposible controlar la temperatura del agua. Un momento salía demasiado caliente y 15 segundos después, salía totalmente fría.

Ottima l'accoglienza e il servizio parcheggio. Le camere ben tenute e pulite (peccato la moquette). Comoda La posizione per arrivare al centro anche se la sera il quartiere non ci ha fatto impazzire

La chambre, le cadre, le personnel ont été parfait. En revanche, il faisait froid dans la chambre, j'ai eu du mal à lancer le chauffage ; parce qu"il n'y a pas de notice de la climatisation réversible.
J'ai donc du appeler le réceptionniste.
Le plus gênant a été le manque d'eau chaude pour la douche. J'ai laissé couler l'eau longuement, j'aiu à peine eu de l'eau tiède-chaude ; ça n'a pas été agréable.
Dommage parce que le reste est parfait.

Séjour au Concorde pour la seconde fois. Bon accueil téléphonique, hôtel propre et pratique par sa situation géographique et son pg. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je commande sans hésiter.
