We were forced to cancel our trip to France due to Covid. However the hotel management were very understanding and helpful and provided us with a hotel credit which we plan to use next year. Very impressed with the prompt and helpful resonse.

We had a really nice stay in this beautiful place! The rooms were clean, the breakfast good and the host friendly. Also the hotel is located very central and close to the metro and St. Lazare station. We would like to come back and definitely recommend this place to other guests!

J'étais au 4ème donc sans clim' il fait très chaud et avec la clim' c'est très froid + le bruit.
La chambre est petite, pas évident de poser un plateau déjeuner.
Par contre l'emplacement est idéal pour moi et le rapport qualité/prix optimal.

très bonne adresse, à 2 pas du théâtre et des grands magasins parisiens, chambres confortables, rue silencieuse (en WE), parking souterrain, excellent petit déjeuner et accueil au top.

L hotel est bruyant côté rue et on entend les utilisations sanitaire et douches des voisins

The problem with our room was, that the bathroom roof/wall is not insulated well and the bathroom therefore gets really cold, which is very uncomfortable.
