Very very disappointing with our stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. First, the staff was very very aggressive as if we have done something very wrong. And when we ordered our first room service, the staffs were very unhappy that we called too many times - it was not our room but apparently it was another room that called multiple times. But the staffs were very unhappy about our request even before verifying the fact that it was not our room that called multiple times. There was also constant loud noise through out the day - heavy machine repairing stuff in the building, staffs' walkie talkie on loud speaker (I could hear their every conversations from my bed). The elevators did not work during our stay and our room was on the 5th floor - carrying down the big luggage was not fun. And lastly, it was not clean especially the toilet. So to sum up our whole experience at this hotel in one sentence: this is definitely not a 4-star hotel. And of course, since I gave 1 star, the staffs will not even bother to respond to my review.

this hotel shouldn't be listed as one of the Expedia VIP hotels which was the primary reason i selected it. The gold status wasnt recognized, no early check in, late check out requires 50EUR and I have checked that better rooms are opened for booking in the hotel for the nights i stay in; so basically upgrade not offered even when available. Only perks mentioned was 5-7:30 for free drinks which seems to be an offer for any hotel guest as described.

The hotel check-in was nice and smooth and it was ready by 3 pm as promised. I was lucky that the elevator was working at a time so I could take it up to the 5th floor and then walk the Stairway up to the 6th floor where my room locates. however, for the rest of the day and day I leave, it has been broken the whole time so I had to carry my 2 weeks worth of luggage down six levels of stairways when I check out.

The hotel provides a bottle of water on a daily basis. the internet access is relatively stable and I was able to utilize it without much trouble with connection or speed. On the second day I was trying to get my drink on my way out there was no one at the bar and they did not want to bother waiting for one person to show up. I got bit by bug on the last night on my thigh so that might be bedbugs

Nice location, staff and quite clean. The only reason I took out one star is because the elevator wasn’t working for the majority of my stay and getting to the 6th floor by stairs hasn’t been the most fun experience. The hotel is relatively newly renovated and still reflect some of its old charm. Go and see the toilets down stairs, in the caves carved in the ground

Surcoté pour un 4 étoiles. Chambres standards très petites donc lits de 140cm. Pas de frigobar et la salle de bain n'a pas de porte! Jamais vu ????.. petit dej bon mais sans + jus d'orange industriels et même vienoiseries et pain qu un ibis.. un seul distributeur de savon qui fait office de gel douche et shampoing.. seule la localisation est bien et chambres bien insonorisées.

Cet hôtel est un de mes préférés sur Paris, idéalement placé, décor chic et sympa, et que dire du personnel toujours agréable.
J'ai appris que cet hôtel fermait ses portes, du coup, je souhaite à toute l'équipe une très bonne continuation et les remercie tous pour l'accueil à chaque passage !

Muy malo el hotel, en octubre el aire acondicionado no funciona, pedimos un ventilador o algo para dormir y nada. La habitación chica, la limpieza mala.
No volvería nunca a este hotel.
Toda la gente que te atiende es buena menos la mujer de recepción.

Hôtel très biens situé. Idéal pour visiter la capitale. Accueil chaleureux et personnel attentionné. Chambre au calme donnant sur un petit patio ( dommage du coup chambre sombre!!! ). Literie au top, propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Nous y avons passé un agréable weekend et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hotel pequeño, muy buen trato, muy buena ubicación (cerca de Opera, Lafayet y Montmatre).
Habitaciones correctas, camas muy comodas y silenciosas.
Estuvimos con nuestro bebé y nos pusieron cuna sin coste adicional.
Desayuno correcto.

Chambres très petites mais mobilier de qualité. Oreiller très inconfortable. Mais le vrai problème durant notre séjour aura été le service : un desk malpoli, lorsqu'on demande de l'après champoing on nous demande de rappeler dans 15 minutes, puis enuistr à nouveau dans 10 minutes "car j'ai d'autres choses à faire", plus de deux heures et 5 relances pour apporter un fer à repasser et une table à repasser. Dommage, localisation intéressante mais service à revoir

A great hotel with classic style and in a good location, walkable to the Sacre Coeur and easy to reach other attractions with metro or taxi. My favorite thing is the super comfortable bed and the cool built-in-a-cave-style washing room downstairs from the main floor. However the shower head in our bathroom was leaking water when we were using it.

Ask for a room not a the streetside. If they have that. Because THE STREETSIDE IS VERY VERY NOISY!!!

Drunken people, loud music, honking cars. Let me sleep. That's what I'm paying for.
