Avis HÔTEL NORD ET CHAMPAGNE Paris

Bastante tranquilo. Nos tocó el sexto piso, una habitación pequeña abuhardillada. Pero estuvimod bastante cómodos.

Place was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately during summer it's really hot, there's no fan on the rooms, it's definitely not a hotel during summer time.

Location is easy to find from gare du north and there's some stores and restaurant around so it's pretty much fine.

Reason for low star is cause I had to drink about 8 bottles of water a day during my stay due to no fans. The temperature of 30c in Paris during summer is no good for a room.

Staff was nice and they understood English just fine unlike most places in Paris who doesn't understand it much.

Es un lugar sencillo, de pocas habitaciones pero con una limpieza excepcional . En una zona céntrica y de buen acceso a todo. El personal de primera.

I would never recommend that place seriously

Disliked · While the location was ok and in walking distance to Sacre Coeur, we had to find another hotel the next day due to mold in the rooms. The ceiling of the shower was covered in black mold. We asked for another room. We were still able to smell the mold but it was less visible. Our children had there own room and did also complain about the smell coming from the bathroom. We decided to give it a try and stay one night. Waking up in sweat with headache, feeling dizzy and nauseous. It was impossible to stay another night. Apparently, this is a well known issue in the old hotels in Paris which have not been properly renovated, as we have been told from a resident. We asked for a refund for the remaining 3 nights for which we had to find another accommodation (during high season). No success. The hotel manager says he would have given us another room to solve the problem but we have already seen 3 rooms, which all had the same mold problem. The staff was nice and tried to help but how can this problem be solved!? Until today the manager has not paid us a refund. We hate giving bad reviews and I would not have mentioned their mold issue if they would have paid us the refund, but offering moldy rooms and then not caring about your guests health or refund..?! We took pictures from the mold in the 2nd room and kids room, unfortunately we missed to take a picture of the black ceiling of the shower in the first room. It was covered in black mold, not just a corner issue.

Excelente servicio

Hôtel infesté de punaises de lit, il n’y a que l’emplacement d'idéal, j’ai fait plusieurs mails qui ont été transmis à la direction mais personne ne prends ses responsabilités, nous sommes rentrées pleins de piqûres de punaise sur tout le corps et avons du désinfecter toutes nos affaires, dégoûtant !
