We booked here very late in the day due to a change of location and trying to find somewhere that was central due to a lack of time.
Let's start with location which is very very good it's right where you need to be on a back street just close to the Opera house and everything you need honestly the location is perfect it's worth booking just for that.
The entrance is downstairs so you have to go up a floor to get to the reception which is nicely laid out with stain glass windows in an old building that they have done good work to turn into a hotel. Check in was smooth and easy and really friendly service. It's a smaller hotel and a nice feel to it our room was on the top floor and was a club room. Now if you have travelled around France room sizes are normally smaller but this felt even more compact then I expected considering we didn't have the smaller room but it's nicely laid out clean and has everything and anything you need there is a nespresso machine with 2 capsules to give away. The bathroom is large and has plenty of mirror space and a good sized shower. So I mean it's a perfect location lovely service but the room is just to small for my liking but perfect for a short stay in a great location with good sound proofing windows so no noise comes in.

Dommage que les salles de bain soient si petites , ainsi que la chambre , pas très bien isolée … un peu déçu rapport qualité prix mais hôtel très bien situé , et personnel très aimable .

Nous vivons sur la côte et quand nous décidons de passer un we sur Bordeaux c'est notre point de chute.
Établissement de qualité, hyper centre, facile pour des journées shopping et soirées bordelaises, personnel aux petits soins et compétent.

Décor et ambiance originale. Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil sympathique. Chambres propres, équipées et silencieuses mais chambres petites pour le prix. Surtout pas assez de service dans la chambre, par exemple pas de thés, pas de tisanes, pas de bouteilles d'eau et de nombreuses denrées payantes placées en évidence pour être consommer.

Good room at an excellent price in the heart of Bordeaux. Short walk to metro, shopping , restaurants, and bistros. The staff was excellent.

Tout le personnel est au petit soins, l’hôtel est très bien situé, le bar est magnifique et les cocktails sont excellents, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L'emplacement est idéal. De l'aéroport à l'hôtel, rien de plus simple que de prendre le tram et l'arrêt est à 1 min de l'hôtel, et ce pour 1.80 E. Sa place centrale permet de visiter tout Bordeaux à pied ou par tram. Ce petit hôtel offre un atmosphère chaleureux; son personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse. Je voulais une chambre très tranquille, ce que j'ai eu; même le système de ventilation était très discret. Lit confortable, belle grande salle de bain. Un petit bémol.La couette est un peu lourde pour moi, j'aurais aimé avoir un drap en plus mais cela est le style européen. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et satisfaisant pour moi. La salle manque un peu d'atmosphère mais cela nous prépare à des journées bien remplies! Cet hôtel fut un coup de coeur pour moi; voyageant seule, je me sentais en toute sécurité. Aussi, j'ai eu une chambre supérieure à ma réservation. 5 jours de bonheur. Merci.

Nicely decorated room, clean, great location, good breakfast buffet. Very small room. AC works for five minutes at a time, it was very warm. Too noisy to open windows. Great location for shopping.

This property offers the perfect location, within walking distance of most of the highlights Bordeaux center has to offer. It's quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start the day. One particular staff member, Emilie, deserves special mention for providing exceptional dinner suggestions for every evening. All of them were outstanding; she even went to the effort of securing a reservation and following up with us after our meal. This level of personal attention and service sets this hotel apart from many others we stayed at during our vacation.
