I suddenly realized that this is probably the best restaurant here in Nakheel. Both meat and fish are super!!! Snacks are magic!!!

We had dinner tonight at Chez Wam, St. Régis the palm gardens. The place is a hidden gem in Nakheel mall. The ambiance is fantastic, music is nice and at the right volume, the staff is friendly and courteous, cocktails were delicious and, the food is amazing, you can clearly taste the personal experience of Chef Adrian.
We had tuna sumac, beef tartare and the fried Brie cheese. All were amazing. The tuna and the tartare were superb, made with a personal touch that reflect the experience of the chef. We loved those plates. The main course we ordered were the sea bass, the beef tenderloin and mixed vegetables as a side. Those were so flavorful, you do not want the plate to finish.
Desert was another level of culinary endeavors; wow the 1001 Night and Guanaja chocolate fondant were superb. You can taste the tahini in the fondant chocolate sauce and the ice cream is so matching.
A very creative place with a Mediterranean blend on European/french plates.
It takes a great chef to put his heart in a menu for a restaurant to be successful, but the combination of great food, great service and attentive staff is what repeat business is all about.

Hidden Gem in Dubai. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece with amazing flavors. Amazing atmosphere with delightful customer experience. A must-visit for any food enthusiast.

Amazing food, amazing drinks and amazing service!! I never post but this place deserves a review!! Sunday night was super chill and staff spent a lot of time with us. Friday and Saturday apparently quite busy with a DJ

Super diner avec délicieux plats !!! Les desserts sont excellents, je ne sais pas lequel est le meilleur entre la tarte au citron et la creme caramel revisitée tellement c’etait délicieux !!! Une ambiance extraodinaire grace à un Dj au top, une playlist de choix????
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant dont le cadre en rooftop est somptueux…????

From the moment you step foot into this hidden gem, you're greeted with a warm welcome and enveloped in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a delightful dinner.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They treat every guest like royalty, ensuring that your every need is met with a genuine smile. The GM, Gintare came over to see if we were comfortable & John was explaining what to order and was quick and efficient in his service. the Sea Bass & Steak were cooked to perfection as you would expect from a high class French restaurant. Complements to chef Adrien.
Whether you're a lover of French cuisine or simply looking to try something new, Chez Wam is an absolute must-visit.

Unpretentious spot in the heart of The Palm. Service was a 10, as was the food (French with a twist). Fried Camembert was a treat. Loved the lamb.

Possibly the best dining experience in Dubai. Atmosphere amazing. Phenomenal service, so much attention to detail and knowledge of the menu. The food is outstanding, there isn’t a bad thing on it.

We loved the concept and Adrian the chef and the owner of this place .
He reminds us of Chef Gabriel in Emily in Paris series .

The food is so tasty and the portions are pretty good and specially the deserts OMG …

The staff is super friendly and specially Karim who took care of us.

Nice atmosphere, good service, comfortable and stylish seating. The Camembert was average and the presentation was not at the level of the restaurant. The ravioli and the scallops were good but we found it pricey (145 AED for 3 scallops without side). The tarte citron was amazing. In general, the food was good, we had a nice experience but we were expecting a higher level. Thank you

We had 3 starters, 4 main courses and 2 desserts.

The food was truly exceptional (fried cheese, the salmon, and the creme caramel are must try) other dishes were also amazing like burger, and the risotto.

Our waiter was Karim was he was indeed Karim (generous) with his recommendations.

Towards the end, Chef Wam came and made us feel at home.

Definitely my favorite spot in Dubai now and will come back again and again whenever I’m in Dubai.

amazing vibe, fine and casual with interiors radiating a warm retro vibe with earthy colors. food is amazing, we enjoyed the wagyu beef and potatoes and some other dishes. I felt some of cocktails required more work/refining.
