Ανυπομονώ να έρθει η άνοιξη και ν απολαύσω τα πλατάνια στην καλύτερή τους ώρα σ ένα ξενοδοχείο που η αισθητική κι η ποιότητα συμβαδίζουν με την ευγένεια και την προσπάθεια όλων για αξέχαστες στιγμές

Complete mess . Not proffessional . I have done the reservation with my credit card and during check in I let them know that I will do the payment with my business card and if they can refund it to my personal card . They said yes in 10 days . After 20 days , no refund was there so they took double payment . I sent an email reminding the refund to the personal card and the response was very unlucky for a business institution . They told me that they got in touch with their accountant and s/he is asking for proofs me paying double ! Accountant should now exactly who paid how many times . That is why it is named ACCOUNTer , but not accountable in this case obviously + All the payments should be linked to my reservation number and they should have been able to count how many time people paid . I shared my screenshots and waiting them to do the math .

I generally stay in Kifisia while in Athens. This time I decided to try this hotel as it was a short notice travel and the other hotels were fully booked. It is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are well designed especially the bathroom was lovely. I had a very good welcome in a friendly setting in the reception area. There is no reception during the night, you have a special code for the entrance door and a number is provided to you just in case you need support for something after hours. I stayed in number 5 and I guess it was one of the smallest size rooms. It had a small window (which is not letting the natural light much) overlooking the roof of the restaurant. There is a construction. You need to go out and then access the restaurant from the street. I tried to work in the room during morning but it was extremely noisy due to the construction. The breakfast was a disappointment. When you are in Greece you expect a perfect fulfilling breakfast but unfortunately what they offer was very limited, and the service was really disappointing. They charge you extra for the egg dishes. I liked the fact that they offer healthy options. In overall I think they need a little touch to make this lovely place a better hotel especially to bring it to the right price level.

An excellent experience ! Location, location, location! All the hotel’s facilities are very well designed and practical. The rooms are elegant and the bed is very comfortable. The climate control is very efficient.
Exceptional breakfast is served in the restaurant area, which was brilliantly transformed into my “office” area during the day and later on to the best dinning experience I had in town. The hotel’s restaurant is a must !!
While I was in business meetings, the hotel staff catered to all my friend’s requests and guided them through great shopping and very interesting museums in the area.
The private parking on site is definitely very handy!!!
I will be returning very shortly! and I would definitely recommend it for your stay and you dinning

Lovely boutique hotel, my 4 night stay in this hotel was very comfortable. The staff are all very accommodating, the staff even helped me sow my formal trouser on the same morning.
The hotel is brand new and we'll organised.
Anastasia at reception was very sweet and welcoming.
Panos for breakfast made sure myself and colleagues were well looked after.
The breakfast is simple, light, but high quality, best part was the fresh orange juice!
