We had such a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean, charming, and centrally located. We were greeted with friendliness and warmth. The breakfast was delicious and the location is so cool. Our room was also huge with tons of room to fit all the chocolate and treasures we bought.

The best place I've stayed at in bruges over several visits

Beautiful hotel run by one man and his team. Hans the manager owns the place and he loves what he does. Its in a beautiful location. The hotel itself is also beautiful once you're on the inside. I've been to bruges many times but never felt so at home in a hotel.

The owner told us the stories of his past career and his experience getting the hotel running over 30 years of dedication. Magnificent effort.

We stayed here during our first visit to Bruges and we couldn't have made a better decision. The rooms were lovely, with antique decor but modern amenities.

The complementary breakfast was the best I've ever had, with fresh rolls, meats, fruits, and danishes. The host greeted us every morning as we entered the dining room and asked us if we would like tea or coffee, which he quickly appeared with after.

The location is wonderful, being a 5 minute walk from the town square and easily found.

The only downside was there would occasionally be loud groups of people walking outside that could be heard from inside. These were infrequent and remedied by sleeping with earplugs.

The host himself was excellent, with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and openness to help, whether you had questions about the hotel or city at large. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

Hotel Lucca was such a delightful pit stop before travelling onto the UK. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel that had charm for days. The interior felt like it matched the feel of the city. The room was large, with a great sized bathroom. It was homely and comfortable to stay in, I wouldn't class it as "luxury," but if you can appreciate some homely charm, then this is the place for you. Upon departure, Hans made sure we had eaten and gave me some pastries to take away for the journey. What an absolute treat it was to stay here. We wish it was longer.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The rooms are huge, the shower works great and the location it’s perfect. You are walking distance to everything you need. Definitely would love to come back.

Hotel Lucca is a lovely, quaint hotel in an excellent location in Bruges. The host and owner, Hans was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us - he even helped me carry my 20kg + suitcase up the stairs we we arrived, gave us great advice and a map + suggestions of where to go and what we could do. It was so lovely and welcoming & really contributed to what we found was common of a lot of the people in Bruges.

The hotel itself is exactly like the pictures. The room was very comfortable, the bed was great and the bathroom had an actual bath!!

Breakfast was included and was amazing in terms of the selection available. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - it was a wonderful part of our short stay.

I was there for a month time, on Dec 2018,Jan2019. time, very nice and cool hotel, Owner Mr.Hanz is very humble and polite man, every time when we meet for brakefast and lunch , we greet very nicely, I still missing those days and missing their delicious breads and Tea made by himself . I refere every budy to visit this heritage and beautiful place atleast once ,if you are in Brugge. location is on central place, Near by railway , bus stand(Tzand), central square. pluse economically its good. unforgattable memory. food 5/5, room 4.5/5, there is no Lift , Mr.Huns helped me for lifting, Thank you Sir,
