A lovely place for relaxation, with easy access to Otranto by car in 5 mins (€15 taxi) or 40 mins walking (down a fairly busy road; 50 mins by quieter route)

The pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds. The owners & staff were all really friendly. The room (standard) was small but well-kept, the shower had strong pressure, and overall the room was fine for what we needed. My only criticism is that the AC didn’t get as cold as it should.

Breakfast is a great spread of pastries, freshly baked cakes, yoghurt, fruits, nuts & seeds, breads, cheeses and a couple of cured meats. Coffee (Americano) absolutely delicious!

They put complimentary nibbles out every early evening which is a nice touch.

We ate in the restaurant one evening. The pastas were excellent.

Good place to come to chill with the option of heading into a nice town.

Ciao amici siamo ad Otranto nella masseria Montelauro !! Che dire ? Davvero un ambiente rilassante ed una atmosferica unica e magica…

Montelauro è dotata di 29 camere dallo stile semplice, raffinato e dagli interni rustici, quelli tradizionali delle masserie pugliesi.

Noi abbiamo cenato e ci siamo trovati benissimo… cibo ricercato e curato!! gentilissimo il personale!

Lo consigliano a tutto a chi vuole trovare tranquillità e pace a due passi da Otranto !????????????

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde. Da migliorare la cucina. Sarebbe meglio qualche richiamo al territorio e porzioni proporzione al costo. Segnalato un piatto poco cotto, si è cercato di migliorare ma con la frittura non sempre si riesce. Peccato perché la location meriterebbe un’ottima cucina.

Abbiamo cenato in una sera di fine agosto in masseria. Ambiente unico e magico, un’atmosfera molto rilassante e immersa nel silenzio a pochi chilometri dal centro di Otranto. Chi ci ha servito davvero cortese e attento ai nostri gusti. Cibo a chilometro zero e di ottima qualità e preparazione. Consigliatissimo!

Heaven. Everything about the hotel is a wonder. The owners know exactly what they are doing. Everyone in their team without exception is delightful ~ nothing was too much trouble no-matter who we asked in their team. The hotel itself is stunning. The restaurant is outstanding. They took care of me, my wife and 4 month old son brilliantly. We truly found a gem and we absolutely return another time

Una masseria piena di charme. Atmosfera rilassante e accoglienza veramente piacevole. Ma il vero piacere esplode a tavola. Prodotti a km zero, un mix tra terra e mare che parla all’ospite con i sapori del salento, mixati con gusto ed interpretazione moderna. Un servizio impeccabile completa il tutto. Una vera esperienza.

Bellissima masseria, molto semplice ma elegante. Atmosfera rilassata che contagia. Mi è piaciuto molto il momento dell'aperitivo dove gli ospiti si incontrano e si conoscono. Molto buono il ristorante. Da tornarci assolutamente.
