Super gutes Hotel für den letzten Tag vor der Abreise. Die Zimmer sind schön und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. Sehr gutes Essen und angenehmer Poolbereich. Preis/ Leistung stimmt.

The hotel presented well initially, rooms were on the small side as well as the shower but there was a full bath, there are few items that let them down, one was the lunch was not great, it was over cooked and lacked taste, the breakfast was average though. The service was rated down because one of my colleagues that came in later was given the same room as mine, even though i occupied it already ???? imagine if it was not a colleague or friend??? The gym facilities were good, the golf course looked forgotten.

We spent New Year 2023 in the Country Club as there's almost no Option in WDH! Sorry Management, loveless, no Atmosphere, Food below average, no Effort to make one feel comfi! Sad actually, no joy, no fun.

Had a bad experience there, on August 31 I was racially attacked at the parking lot and all that the security manager could say was did you open a case? They just don't care. The security is not trained to diffuse such situations even though they are common.

Great place to visit. Friendly and polite staff who make you feel welcome. Great food and lots to do whether you go for events & conferencing, golfing or simply some holiday fun, this resort has it all. Good security that makes you feel safe. They do provide activities and services for the whole family. I highly recommend that you visit this resort when you travel to and in Windhoek.

Un hôtel de chaine typique,grand "resort" impersonnel, accueil assez froid, grande salle de restaurant...Utile aux business men de la capitale...ne mérite le détour que pour sa superbe piscine.
