For the price, I wonder why breakfast cannot be included. That is my only complaint. Otherwise wonderful atmosphere and every one give a wonderfull servive

Everything was ok. Most important thing was location. It is very easy to go to the airport, just one stop with train to the airport and only 100 steps to the city center. Staffs are friendly.

Comme d'habitude, j'ai été satisfaite. La chambre toujours aussi propre et le Personnel à disposition au cas où....Nourriture excellente. Parking à proximité et pratique.

Overall our stay was fine, however I found the parking very strange. Firstly, we had to park on the footpath as there was nowhere else to park when entering the hotel. It was late at night and I asked the man at reception where we could park. He was kind enough to show me where to park, but it was through a rough part of town and there were a number of men watching us. The man working in reception walked extremely quickly to the car park to check if there was a space, and I struggled to keep up with him as I was in high heels - he did not turn back to check if I was even there. Then when he saw that there was a spot he said « ok I’ll run back now » , which I found extremely strange because he was quite happy for me to walk back on my own, despite feeling unsafe having multiple men watching me. I was in a foreign city, late at night, in a rough area, and the hôtelier just wanted to run back! I had to ask him if I could walk with him - he said yes but proceeded to walk very quickly. Then before we got back he said goodbye and ran off! I felt unsafe at that point and couldn’t believe what he had done. I appreciate that he wanted to get back but he didn’t appreciate my predicament at all, and even after agreeing to let me walk back with him he ran away. I found this all very odd and unsettling.

The housekeeping and reception staff are of high respect. Internet is super. A SMALL comment of the room was a little bit not wide enough. Hotel location is perfect next to many other services supermarkets, lake and exchange shop.

New windows but incorrectly mounted, leading to useless noise rejection. Entrence through a backdoor on a shabby side of the building, not through the main lobby. A disgrace. Will never come back.

It is best location when you are traveling around the cities in Switzerland. Just one stop from airport by train and it is direct by cornavin. The Restaurant is very cozy and foods are wonderful.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Ma fenêtre donnait sur les quais de la gare, mais j'ai été agréablement surpris de ne pas avoir été dérangé par le bruit des trains.

Zentrale Lage, günstig vom Airport zu erreichen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, schnelle Wege ins Zentrum, freundliches und hilfsbereites ( auch bei sprachlichen Problemen) Personal, saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage , Frühstück ausreichend, Hotel ist für Kurzbesuch in Genf zu empfehlen...

Great little hotel with amazing charm. Location is the best for access to the trains, trams and buses in Geneva. Could use better English Television stations., you have to like CNN, BBC or CNBC as they are the only English stations that were available ., but who stays in the room.
