Precio muy alto por el servicio que ofrecen. Habitación básica, edredón sin fundas, colchones duros y baratos,

Hôtel très bien situé permettant de visiter facilement les Cinque Terre. Au cœur du centre ville ce qui facilite les déplacements en ville.
Un petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits du marché.
Une équipe à l’écoute ainsi qu’un gérant très accueillant, petit plus, ce dernier parle français.

Sono stato ospite per una notte sola..per motivi di lavoro. l albergo è un grosso appartamento riadibito a hotel..semplice ma molto carino.. accogliente.. proprietario alla mano e disponibile.. molto buona la colazione

The staff is very rude, hates peoples
We arrived to the hotel (45 past the checkin at 20h45) and even though we we’re in contact with the staff through booking during the day; they never said anything about the time of arrival ( bad intentions) , we were late for them and didn’t want to listen. Everywhere was sold out, we had to drive one hour to Genoa for a Hotel. RUN AWAY.
But we’re gonna take legal actions.

We arrived to the hotel and even though we we’re in contact with the staff through booking during the day; they never said anything about the time of arrival , we were late for them and didn’t want to listen to anything nor let us in even though the room was paid… bad and rude staff. Who definitely shouldn’t be working on this industry, I gave one star cause it is impossible to give zero. If you are planning on visiting during the day and coming here just to sleep RUN AWAY… worst customer service I have ever seen. And the place also just looks dirty.

Super emplacement 5 minutes à pieds du port et 15 minutes à pieds de la gare. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, la personne apprit le temps de nous expliquer et nous montrer ce qu’il était possible de faire comme activité ou bien des lieux à visiter.

Nous avons passé une super séjour au cinque terre, merci infiniment à Alfredo qui a été super accueillant. Les chambres sont propres, les petits déjeuné sont bons, tous le personnel très chaleureux. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel agréable et à l écoute. Il manque juste quelques rangements dans les chambres pour les vêtements. La literie est bonne et les chambres au calme

Tout était parfait: l’accueil, la chambre, la propreté, la tranquillité, la localisation et le propriétaire. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment copieux. L’hôte et son personnel sont très sympathiques et parlent plusieurs langues. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité / prix !

Hôtel parfaitement situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre.
Nous avons apprécié la chambre confortable, la décoration originale avec des objets de récupération. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse. Très bons conseils et gentille attention du gérant avec qui on a pu parler en français.

L’emplacement est parfait, mais quelques jours avant notre départ mauvaise surprise : sur booking il manquait deux chambres, aucune solution trouvée.
L’hôtel est très agréable, le wifi est aléatoire, les petits déjeuners sont monotones et sans flexibilité sur l’horaire et le choix.

Hôtel bien localisé, chambre propre, MAIS odeur de tabac dans la chambre pendant tout le séjour. Wifi qui fonctionne quand il veut et accueil à revoir.

Le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 8 heures, ce qui peut être tardif pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter de la fraîcheur du matin pour se promener dans un lieu très fréquenté pendant les vacances.
