This hotel is really nice. Very clean, airy and spacious, with tons of seating on the first floor and mezzanine for work or socializing. The rooms are also very clean and a good size, but there were none of the extras that other hotels provide, like lotion, shower caps, cotton swabs, etc. Also, the shower gel dispenser didn't work and the beds are very uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, but I wish it would be available a little later to accommodate more people's schedules; I wasn't able to make it in time 2 of the 3 days there.
All in all, a very good hotel, but we won't be staying there again because we couldn't really get a good night's sleep on those beds.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, it is a fabulous location and the free breakfast was a nice surprise. The decor is beautiful and the rooms were so spacious, very comfortable bed and very well maintained. I would love to visit again.

We recently stayed at this Hyatt Place and were really impressed by the service and the excellent included breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to our kids. The pool was very nice. The hotel is located near a supermarket which came in very handy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Located near the Metro, walking distance to Old Montreal and many points of interest. There are many restaurants, pubs and cafes close by. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and the views of the city are great. The sauna has a lovely view as well. 4 stars instead of 5 because the tile on the steps to the pool are very slippery and I fell. Also the hallways were kind of dirty. Overall our visit was mostly positive.

The hotel was nice but it didn't accommodate big car parking. We had to park on the bus streets every time. The breakfast was awful and too crowded. All the staff was very nice though and understanding as we were traveling with my autistic son. Overall I wouldn't re-book. But it's would would be fine for singles and people without children.

The rooms are comfortable, large, seemingly clean but I did notice in the bathroom behind the towels there was a small Sephora bag. I pulled it out with a receipt from 2 days before I checked in.
Breakfast, it was very busy but highly organized by the staff. They moved in parties fast and efficiently. The food was good, typical of Hyatt.

I absolutely loved the overall lobby decor. I would book this Hyatt again.

Уборка номеров ужасная убирают максимально 2раза в неделю.очень много пыли которую не протерают.Месторасположение очень хорошее и удобная транспорт развязка.отель на 4

I requested a quiet room but the sound of elevator operations is VERY obvious even when the TV is on and the room is not the closest to the elevators!! I would suggest others avoid any rooms with odd numbers…(because rooms with even numbers are opposite to the elevator side)

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. This will definitely be my Montreal hotel choice.

This place was GREAT! I was almost scared away by previous bad reviews, but I’m so glad I wasn’t. Everything is new, pool is beautiful, sauna is excellent, very clean, and the service was perfect/helpful. The breakfast was what you would expect from a continental. We didn’t have any elevator issues and chose to park our car/use the Metro, which was SO convenient. It was also great having a grocery store and food court connected to the hotel. Mezzanine is also beautiful for a spot to relax outside of your room. Gym is great too. There weren’t any events at the park across the street during our stay, so we also didn’t have any noise issues - although I can see how that could become an issue in the summer. The street definitely has the normal amount of people hanging around at night in a big city, but because we were using the metro, we didn’t really frequent the entrance to the hotel anyway. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Великі та гарні номери. Є басейн, сауна та спортзал. Сніданки дуже смачні і різноманітні. Я мав номер на 15 поверсі з дуже чудовим видом. Щодня прибирають і поповнюють каву і чай декількома видами. Дякую! Я дуже задоволений побутом. Повернусь обов’язково ????

Poor service. We called and booked for 1 room and they booked us 3 rooms. We wanted to cancel the 2 other rooms but they wouldn’t give us a refund… So, we paid for the 3 rooms without wanting to. Then, we were wondering which floor the pool was on, it wasn’t written anywhere so,we called the front desk to find out and they told us that it was on the 9th floor. We tried going to the 9th floor but the elevator wouldn’t let us to go to the floor so we went to go see the front desk and they told us again that it was on the 9th floor. We spent the whole day trying to go to the 9th floor but it didn’t work until we saw people coming in the elevator from the 6th floor with towels on and wet hair so the pool was on the 6th floor. I really didn’t enjoy my stay.

This is the nicest Hyatt Place that I have stayed in. The location is perfect, convenient to Downtown and many restaurant options. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom seems recently updated with beautiful sliding glass doors and tile. The pool is massive and it looks like they have built a brand new sauna that is about to open but it wasn’t open yet. Beside the pool there are resort style lounge beds that are so comfortable you will want to take a nap. Overall, 5 stars for sure.

L’hôtel est situé dans le centre, il est assez esthétique mais ses qualités s’arrêtent là… Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la chambre était sale (des restes de frites par terre, vitres pas lavés depuis quelques années,…).

De plus, avant que nous arrivions, l’hôtel avait déjà prélevé de l’argent sur notre carte. La dame de la réception s’est retrouvée démunie et n’a pas su trouver de solution.

Le petit déjeuner était le pire que je n’ai jamais vu dans un hôtel.

Globalement, l’hôtel ne vaut absolument pas son prix.

Rooms were great, and so was the service. The placement of the hotel isn't the best but it's not like you can move it elsewhere. There were 5 elevators allowing for quick movement around the hotel

Excellent hôtel, bon service, chambre très propre. Petits déjeuners dans l’etablissement, très bon. Stationnement un peu compliqué dans ce secteur achalandé de la ville, cependant il y a un stationnement payant. Situé dans un quartier très animé et à proximité de tout car station de métro Berry à quelques pas. Excellents restaurants à quelques pas également.

Chambre spacieuse, magnifique vue sur la ville.
Petit plus : piscine à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Hôtel cossu, chambres spacieuses et bien entretenues, situé dans un quartier commercial gay friendly et fréquenté par beaucoup de sans logis. Parking difficile aux environs, le parking de l'hôtel est payant et assez cher. Piscine intérieure et proximité des zones de magasinage souterraines font privilégier cet hébergement en hiver
