A few things to mention:
- On a Thursday, the hotel bar closed at 10pm, which clearly not what you would expect in 4 star hotel, in the heart of a european capital (it was a Thursday). We did not know, but even going to the bar at 21:45 (!) we were announced "bar is closed", which was very frustrating.
- we had booked 2 superior rooms. They are really neat and cosy, but future guests should know they are (despite being superior), really really small, with no privacy (bathroom/sink is not isolated from the bedroom itself). Also we had 2 communicating room (not a requirement), and you can really hear wha's happening nextdoor. Here also not ideal for privacy.

The room was immaculate when we arrived, with a few extra treats for my girlfriend, which was a great surprise.
Location is spot on, right in the middle of everything but not on the busiest of roads. One thing that was really handy about the location was being able to call back at the hotel and it was never more than a 10 min walk away.
Definitely found a new hotel for when we visit Amsterdam.

Later zijn wij in Pressroom verwelkomd door Martina die gepassioneerd over de signature cocktail vertelde die wij als welkomstdrank hebben gekozen. Ook herkende F&O Supervisor Amélie mij en zij zorgde voor een mooie dinertafel voor twee bij het raam. Pressroom was gelukkig weer geopend voor het diner in tegenstelling tot de vorige keer door naar verluidt het personeelsgebrek. Dus konden we in de eerste avond van ons verblijf genieten van goede steak en heerlijke kipburger met frietjes.
Door een misverstand werd onze kamer op onze laatste avond niet opgemaakt, maar dit heeft FO medewerkster Anastasia in de avond alsnog in orde laten maken.
Bij het uitchecken blijkt dat de korting door verzilvering van ALL Rewards punten niet is toegepast op de eindfactuur. Gelukkig heeft Deobia dit netjes opgelost.
Al met al, wij komen terug. In elk geval met de volgende Gay Pride.
Restaurant désert (toujours un peu bizarre), carte courte. Ceci étant le service était vraiment agréable et sympa. Et les plats autant que les cocktails très bien.
Bonne soirée au total, mais vraiment vraiment calme.
Pour couronner le tout on y mange très bien et dans des tarifs très abordables pour la qualité des plats servis!
À faire!
Comparé à la France peut être un peu cher pour La qualité du plat. Mais c’était quand même délicieux !
Cocktail sensationnel, je conseille l’inkredible !!!!!
