Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μοντέρνο και σε καλό σημείο αλλά χωρίς πάρκινγκ! Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό αλλά τα δωμάτια δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην ακριβή τιμή και τις παροχές του.

A very friendly laid back hotel only 30 minutes from Athens airport. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast menu is very good. Reception staff are most helpful and professional.

Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα , ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στο καλύτερο σημείο της Αθήνας .

We enjoyed the stay. One star less for not having good isolated windows, as the main streets in the area are quite noisy. Beautiful roof terrace, with the option too call the bar downstairs and order drinks. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Room very clean.

Hangisine daha yüksek puan vereceğime şaşırdım. Odalar da hizmet de kokum da harika. Bize köşe oda rezerve edilmişti. Çok büyük ve konforlu bir yatak, tertemiz bir oda, geniş bir banyo. Daha ne isterim ki? Daha önce bu Selanik’te bu otelde kalmıştık ve oradan da çok memnun ayrılmıştık. Bundan sonra bu markanın olduğu şehirlerde başka nir alternatif aramayacağım. Hizmet konusunda özellikle Iliana ve Ian’s bize gösterdikleri dostluk be yardım için özellikle teşekkür ederim ama genel anlamda 10/10 bir hizmet burada sizi bekliyor.

Very cool hotel with extremely friendly staff. Modern rooms dark style. Rooftop with outstanding view to Athens. Beautiful view to Acropolis by night. Tasty breakfast, great coffee. Service fast and easy. Located across the National Gallery. Zone parking is a bit problematic-only 3 hours and often no fee space but can park around. Will be back for sure.

What a lovely experience!
Well staffed with friendly people who are smiling and motivated to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Breakfast is great, location is great, vibe is great.
Overall I feel the experience was excellent and we are truly thankful for the fantastic service.
Special thanks to the lady with the dark curly hair at the reception who made sure to give us an umbrella, in case it rains. So nice and caring ????

Superb hotel, incredible experience! The service at reception and breakfast was excellent, the staff super welcoming and friendly! This hotel has impressed us - the service is really of superior quality, the breakfast is fabulous and the treatment we received here was really above top standard ???????????????????????????????? The detail and attention put into creating a quality experience is really noted, thank you!

Probably one of the nicest staffs that I have ever dealt with. The rooms are updated and clean. The rooftop has beautiful views of the city and Acropolis. The breakfast is wonderful. They cook eggs, French toast and pancakes fresh and have a huge buffet bar that is very high quality. Very safe area.

I had high hopes for the Modernist Athens and my stay met - and indeed surpassed! - my expectations. The hotel is located in a chic building with stylish monochrome decor. Our bedroom - room 302 - was large and comfortable with two balconies, a coffee machine, speaker, desk, comfy big bed and great shower. The breakfast spread was sensational - the coffee is delicious and the choices so good: eggs, pancakes, French toast all cooked to order and yoghurt, breads, pastries, pies, fruit and cakes (and more). The hotel is located in a nice area: we pretty much walked everywhere but it’s close to a metro. We loved having a drink or two on the rooftop every night - the views are magical. The wine hour in the hotel lobby was charming and tasty too. All of this was excellent but the staff were next level - every single person we spoke to was helpful, kind, professional and fun. A perfect stay!

They live up to the name here. It becomes obvious when walking in and seeing the modern and impressionist artwork in the lobby.
When entering the room, the Marshall radio caught my eye. There is a QR code to play the “The Modernist” playlist on Spotify from the phone. I connected to it and felt the vibes of the hotel.
The breakfast buffet had the expected Greek options. I had a Greek coffee. For dinner, there are small bites and drinks. I tried the chicken tacos as a light meal. I enjoyed it—The Modernist inspired authentic experiences. I enjoyed the ambience in the dining area as if dining in a library. It had a luxurious and relaxed impression.
The gym had all the necessities and the equipment had a nice wooden color. The combination of wood and black is a nice touch in the gym and throughout the hotel in the elevator, melding the historic and modern character of Athens.
The large room I had included two patios, providing great views and experience of patio views in Athens. The room has nice touches— vintage and modern. The sunset was visible from my room, facing West. Even from the third floor, the view of the city was exceptional. This is perfect to enjoy espresso and breathing in the air of Athens.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were incredible and gave suggestions where to go. This is central in Kolonaki, close to Mt. Lyccabateus and Syntagma square. This is nice and walkable to different areas in Athens.

Love the vibe, the design and the staff. Location is amazing. Nikos, Iliana and all the others were serviceable and polite. Would return here 100% of the times when in Athens.
