Both The service and location are great. Breakfast is very nice. Service is wonderful.
We took the hotel's taxi service from the airport ($42) in case you feel exhausted after a 15 hr flight like we did... The hotel didn't allow for an early check in however while it was still off season. So you have to wander in the streets for a few more hours before 3 pm to finally sleep..
The room has everything but more like a 4star hotel in the states. Contemporary. Air-conditioned. Medium size. The hotel's design depends on your taste. See the pictures.
One thing I didn't like about the room is the blanket. I think this is new for a lot of hotels to put white, 100% polyester blankets that make you sweat in a cold room .

The service was one of the best i have ever had in a hotel. It was excellent at the front desk and also at the breakfast.
The room was clean spacious and easy to operate.
We had to leave early to our flight before breakfast and they prepared fruits, snacks, drinks and sandwiches for us, which I hadn't encountered before in other places.
Location was excellent, just by the train station and many other attractions.
The pillow was a little too big for me.

Absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous. The location is extremely convenient as you're staying in the very heart of the city with all the buzzing bars and restaurants within the walking distance. I was very impressed with the smart room functionality as well, especially having room service available at the tip of my fingers. The breakfast was delicious, I especially appreciated things that were cooked to order. Really can't recommend this place enough, 6 out of 5 stars!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Just a short walk from the metro station at Monastiraki square which was just about an hour train journey from the airport (think there was an issue on the line!) Hotel is within easy walking distance from all the major sites and staff were friendly and helpful.

Hi tech, spacious rooms, great water pressure, at the perfect location! Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff! A bit overrated since all this smart tech, might be a little too smart. Also the reception wont fully brief you on how to use it and refer you to the manual..

מלון מצוחצח חדיש ומדהים ליד כיכר מונסטיראקי. מקלחת מצויינת. א. בוקר מעולה כולל אומלט אישי וקפה אספרסו. מחירים סבירים לגמרי. חלונות בידוד. החדר שקט לגמרי! מומלץ מאוד!

Reservo habitación superior en hotel 5 estrellas. Llegamos q las 13.00 hrs. y no nos dan habitación porque el check in es a las 15.00 hrs.,CRISTO el recepcionista nos pide el teléfono para avisarnos cuando está disponible la habitación.
A las 4 hrs., sin llamar vamos al hotel y nos asignan la 310, minúscula, pequeña. Adjunto foto que prueba lo pequeña que es.
CRISTO ya sabía cómo era la habitación.
Nos quejamos y nos dicen que nos cambian a una habitación con vistas al Partenón no queremos.
Para 2 noches no nos cambiamos.
EL HOTEL SABE CÓMO SON LAS HABITACIONES.
VERGONZOSO HOTEL QUE NO ES UN 5 estrellas.

Tot molt net, molt bona qualitat en el bufet, pots controlar la teva habitació amb l’app del hotel, calefacció, llums, cortines…

Perfetto per un weekend a atene posizione ottima due minuti a piedi da piazza monastiraki. Poche camere di recente ristrutturazione. Camere completamente automatizzate con app da scaricare su smartphone. Servizio discreto e sempre presente. Ottima la colazione per la scelta e la tranquillità.

We loved this Hotel. Very nice rooms with modern amenities and our favourite all time Hotel shower! Large comfy bed, large TV for keeping up with the news.The staff, the breakfast and over all service and location are superb.
