Il ristorante Kastel è davvero eccezionale. Il servizio è al top: premuroso, propositivo (molto attento a suggerire variazioni in base alla disponibilità del giorno), cortese e sempre presente, non si contano le volte in cui sono venuti ad accertarsi, cuoco e cameriera, che tutto andasse bene.
Io ho mangiato come antipasto due gamberetti crudi su formaggio dell'isola di Pag. Veramente molto buoni e delicati. Eccezionale la qualità dell'olio che è stata usata e che è stata anche messa a disposizione nostra per eventuali degustazioni durante la cena.
Come portata principale ho optato per un orata al forno con verdure. Questa in particolare mi è stata fatta vedere e portata al tavolo ad inizio cena, presentandomela come pesce freschissimo di giornata...e così era! Veramente deliziosa.
In attesa di essere serviti ci hanno portato un cucchiaio con filetto di tonno e olio di loro produzione, molto buono.
La cena è stata accompagnata da un vino davvero sorprendente (e caro), prodotto nell'isola di Pag dall'azienda Boskinac: un blend di Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon fatto invecchiare per due anni.

Došle smo ciljano po preporuci na slatki dio ponude, uzele smo pijane smokve i cokoladni mousse sa sladoledom od vanilije, predobro i preukusno, cijena prihvatljiva s obzirom da restoran ima Michelinovu preporuku, osoblje jako ljubazno, sve cisto i uredno, posjetite obavezno, preporuka

Das ist ein Gesamtpaket was einfach nur ein Teil n Erlebnis, in einem Sternerestaurant ist das Essen bekanntlich gut aber die Gegend und das Klima mit der Küche ist eben was besonderes.

Und ein Katzensprung von unserem Apartment in Privlaka - Aparthotel Dalmacija - entfernt

Assolutamente no , non so cosa sia venuto in mente a quelli della guida Michelin , tutto fuori misura .
Il prezzo alto ci può anche stare per la posizione . Ma i piatti sono un tentativo di un gourmet che non c’è.

La comida en este restaurant ha sido realmente estupenda y la atención realmente maravilloso. Me he comido el mejor tataki de atún y el risoto negro (entrantes de estrella michelin). Sin embargo mi pescado no era un gran que, para nada a la altura de la estrella Michelín que ostentan y razón por la cual no me dejaron pagar el postre (higos a la crema de mascarpone) que estaban a un nivel extraordinario. Es un lugar al que sin duda volveré pero para comer el atún salvaje o el cordero.
La única cosa extraña es que apagaran el A/A y cuando pregunto (porque hacía calor) me dicen que está muy cara la luz... sorprendente

To be Frank one of the best experiences in terms of service that I have sat for the many dinners while visiting Croatia, this unblemished service was sufficiently complimented by a both vernacular to Croatia and pleasantly experimental menu. Overall could not fault the service or menu and would recommend to anyone visiting Zadar with the goal to not just be impressed with their palate but with the impression and effort from the staff serving the food - Kai wylie @kaisfoodreviewsareepic

Izuzetna posluga, odmjeren profinjen pristup. Konobar Tomislav vas pričom o jelu uvede u jedan novi doživljaj. To je primjer vrhunske usluge. Od njih drugi trebaju učiti. We discovered the restaurant in the Michelin Guide and decided to give it a try. The place is charming, cozy and with enough space for an intimate date. The food is spectacular. The tuna tartare is the best I've ever had. The black risotto is sweet and explosive. They don't skimp on squid as other restaurants put very little. You can tell that the product is of the highest quality and fresh, this being the secret of its flavor. The Adriatic fish trio is cooked to perfection with a juiciness that melts in your mouth. Finally, mention the excellent treatment of the waiter service. They made us a cocktail with herbs from the garden. They offer a friendly, personalized and very close treatment. In short, totally recommendable to stop here to enjoy good food.
