Very comfortable and luxurious rooms with an excellent service and awesome breakfast. It's next to Diagonal Avenue which is very helpful for taxis and airport services. Top-notch!

Découverte de cet hôtel ce week-end. Parfaitement situé sur diagonal près du quartier Gracia et du bus pour descendre à Cataluna. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking, d'un service d'accueil très courtois et efficace. Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre donnant sur une cours intérieure donc au calme et le petit déjeuner était riche et varié. Merci également pour l'accueil au service spa qui a été adorable et au service de chambre qui a pris le temps de retrouver ma bague oubliée et de me tenir informée. Merci a vous. À bientôt pour une autre visite

It has a gym, and the location is central to most of Barcelona's main attractions
The breakfast buffet is awesome!!
Lows : The hotels elevators are very small
and the room's restroom was outdated.
Nevertheless, the quality service makes out for everything else

Edito la reseña porque he vuelto al mismo hotel. Esta vez me ha atendido Ahmed en recepción y he de decir que es muy amable con los clientes. Un crack. He vuelto a reservar un masaje en el Spa dado que me gustó muchísimo. Y esta vez me han dado una habitación doble, mucho mucho mejor

El hotel está fantásticamente bien ubicado. En cuanto a la habitación, la 212 no he tenido mucha suerte porque da un patio interior, es pequeña y además se escucha mucho ruido de la gente que está en recepción. Aunque esté en la segunda planta, se escucha mucho ruido.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del personal, sobre todo en el bar. Las camareras son muy muy amables, sobre todo Mery. Un encanto y muy trabajadora.
De capricho, subí a las 9ª planta para darme un masaje de 1 hora. Espectacular Lola, menudas manos. La próxima vez que vuelva a Barcelona volveré a este hotel seguro.

Booked us in but then asked for more money even though the price was already agreed. Pure extortion. Do not recommend.

Edit to respond to the owner: That was not just a suggestion from the receptionist. My reservation was cancelled because you did not want to accommodate my family in the room we booked. If it's business, then it's bad business and your arrogant response proves it.

Excellent location, during our stay there were refusing the bar so we were unable to use this. There are no usb ports for charging your phones etc, so member to bring an adapter.

Great location and nice front desk staff however, hotel lobby under construction and there was barely any room to sit in the lobby to converse. If you don't purchase breakfast don't expect to have a coffee included in the morning (it was not included for us), even after spending NYE (and expensive pricing) and despite no other coffee shops being open in the area due to the holiday. Room experience was underwhelming. Don't think we would stay again.

Very nice hotel, modern and comfortable accommodation. Lovely breakfast! Super close to the main attractions and Las Ramblas. I would highly recommend and sure to return.
