Super adresse de chambres d’hôtes. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux et très gentil. Très bonne situation géographique. La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Petit déjeuner très complet et peu cher. Merci

Lovely old building but converted rather cheaply with low quality laminate flooring throughout. Lovely peaceful atmosphere and nice communal terrace to sit out in and have breakfast. Breakfast had lovely greek yoghurt and selection of fruit, a range of bread and pastries some of which were nice, and sliced cold meat and cheese which was very low quality. Horrible coffee but popped downstairs to the cafe on the corner for a takeaway to have with breakfast. Our twin room didn't have a basin but was right opposite a shower room and loo. Excellent water pressure but so strong the shower head had to be hand held. On the whole felt our stay wasn't value for money but great location.

Totaler Reinfall!
Wir kommen an - hier ist keiner da. Auf klingeln öffnet auch keiner.
Die Rezeption wurde erst auf telefonische Anfrage besetzt.
Dann sollte eine Vorausrechnung bezahlt werden, obwohl der gesamte Reisepreis schon bezahlt wurde. Okay kann passieren, wenn man keinen Durchblick in den Papieren hat.
Das angebotene Zimmer entsprach nicht dem, was wir gebucht haben. Als Argument wurde gesagt, dass es dieselbe Kategorie ist.
Die Sauberkeit war aber unterirdisch:
Staub und Dreck in den Ecken,
Haare und Zahnpastareste vom Vormieter im Bad, Küchenzeile gleicht einer Campingküche, Flachbildfernseher kaum größer als ein Tablet.
Dafür ein schön angelegter Garten im Hinterhof. Diesen durften wir dann um 23:00 Uhr verlassen weil abgeschlossen wurde. (????)
Also KEINE lauen Abende bei einem Glas Wein, sondern Frust am Hinterhoffenster.
Da kann ich meinen Urlaub zu Hause besser verbringen ohne Geld auszugeben!!!
Nie wieder diese Bude!!!

This place was amazing! My room was huge and had a private balcony. The shared terrace was beautiful. Ambiance was perfect! Hosts were super helpful and knowledgeable about the city. I would stay again

Locație perfecta. Primire super. Toti au fost minunati.
Camerele nu erau prea bine aranjate, baia avea geamuri mari iar perdelele nu le acopereau in intregime, astfel încât era mai dificil sa faci dus.
Bucătăria avea de toate, ar fi prins bine sa fie si sare, ulei, zahar, cafea.

4 stelle solo perché manca il bidet, che comunque manca anche in altre strutture.
Per il resto è molto carino e arredato con gusto. Colazione piacevole servita in giardino, asciugamani, phon, sapone e aria condizionata. Ci tornerei!

+ sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit gemütlicher, liebevoll bepflanzter Terrasse
+ freundliches Personal
+ kleines Frühstücksbüffet (Toast, Croissants, Müsli, Joghurt, frisches Obst)
+ zentrale Lage

- Betten sehr hart
- Sauberkeit könnte besser sein
- hellhörig

In der Suite hat man ein eigenes Bad, eine kleine Küche und eine eigene Terrasse.

Very friendly people working there, big and very tidy rooms, amazing garden and perfect location. If I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely stay at Fashion House again. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Fashion House for an amazing holiday.

Het verblijf was goed bereikbaar met metro of bus. De gedeelde badkamer was bijna altijd proper.

Bad& breakfast semplice ma pulite; camera tripla ampia con lavandino in camera e bagno in condivisione. Letti molto comodi, posizione centralissima a 5 minuti da Plaza Catalunya e Ramblas ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa. Colazione essenziale con poca scelta

Venons de passer 5 nuits à BNC Fashion House, en couple ( 55 et 52 ans), chambre 6. Du 3/04 au 8/04/2012
Très bon accueil - Propreté des lieux : bonne, très bel intérieur
Accueil français/ anglais/espagnol selon la personne présente
Certaines chambres donnent sur la rue : méfiez vous du bruit !
Notre chambre (n°6) était calme car donnant sur le patio, que nous n’avons pas pu malheureusement fréquenter à cause de la pluie et du froid le matin.
Du coup, lorsque les chambres sont complètes, et que la météo ne permet pas d’aller dehors, on se retrouve nombreux à déjeuner dans la grande salle, c’est un peu serré (une seule grande table) mais ça peut être convivial, mis à part quelques familles anglaises qui ne connaissent pas le mot bonjour ;-((
Le ptit déj. : à partir de 9h : c’est trop tard !.. Assez copieux prix 6€ / personne. Ne pas hésiter à redemander du pain, café, ou autre
Douche et toilette : inconvénient car partagées entre 2 chambres
La douche (un peu sommaire, robinetterie usée, pas de mitigeur, juste un mélangeur d’où des montées ou descentes en t° qui vous éjectent de la douche) - Toilette : RAS
Sinon, hébergement très bien placé // au centre ville
Bouche de métro au pied de l’immeuble : génial !
bon rapport qualité prix pour 5 nuits = 482€ + 48€ de ptits déj. ( 4 jours)
