There is no one as good as Silvia at welcoming the guests and making them feel at home.. I hardly want to leave the hotel during the day, because it will mean that I have to be away from her.
Why go into town and experience the sights when it's much nicer to talk to the world's best receptionist

Great central location with lovely views of the bay and marina from the sea view rooms.

Comfortable room, pleasant restaurant and bar. Good choice at breakfast buffet and in the restaurant.

Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff , on reception , hospitality and housekeeping.

Prachtig hotel, kamers met balkon met zicht op zee zijn fantastisch. Ontbijt heel lekker, veel keuze en ontbijtzaal ruim genoeg. Service in het algemeen supervriendelijk en heel goed.

Silvia an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es war eine super Auswahl.
Die Zimmer sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Fantastisch hotel, ideaal gelegen. We hadden een comfortabele kamer met geweldig zicht op de baai van Sóller. Zeer lekker ontbijtbuffet met verse producten. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader.

Wir waren vom 25.09. -04.10. Im Fergus. Wir hatten uns ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl war immer lecker. Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett. Von der Rezeption über die Reinigungservice bis zu den Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück.

Very central location. Rooms are fairly basic but, clean and well maintained. The staff throughout are very good. Breakfast buffet was to a high standard with lots of choice. Swimming pool is in the next building but, a bit of a hidden gem, note that sunbeds on the beach are 18.50 per pair per day and there was always space available at the pool.
