Während unseres Aufenthalts in Palma waren wir von Anfang bis Ende beeindruckt. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fiel mir die geschmackvolle Einrichtung auf, die eine einladende und gleichzeitig elegante Atmosphäre schaffte. Es war offensichtlich, dass bei der Auswahl jedes Möbelstücks und Dekorelements viel Liebe zum Detail herrschte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war köstlich. Eine Vielfalt an frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen stand zur Auswahl. Von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Klassikern war alles vorhanden, um den Tag perfekt zu starten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die frische Zubereitung der Speisen, die den Unterschied machte.
Der Service im Hotel war durchweg hervorragend. Jedes Mitglied des Personals, mit dem ich interagierte, war freundlich, aufmerksam und ging proaktiv auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Es war offensichtlich, dass der Gast hier im Mittelpunkt steht und alles darangesetzt wird, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt eine wahre Freude war. Die Kombination aus stilvollem Ambiente, exzellentem Essen und erstklassigem Service machte meinen Besuch unvergesslich. Ich würde dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

We had a lovely stay last week at this hotel with a fantastic location! Clara gave us a warm welcome and the staff are so nice and make our stay confortable! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Sant Jaume Hotel.
The breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. The hotel and the room were very clean. The hotel is also centrally located in Palma, so you don't have to walk far.
It was an all-round wonderful stay, thanks especially to the Sant Jaume team.

Estuve alojado con mi pareja en la Junior Suite Terraza 402 y todo fue fantástico de principio a fin. El diseño, la ubicación, las facilidad, un lugar para alojarse y no querer salir. Destacar también la amabilidad de todo el personal, en especial la amabilidad y atención de Christine en Recepción, siempre amable y con una sonrisa atenta a nuestras peticiones, ayudandonoos con sus recomendaciones y preocupándose de que nuestra estancia esté siendo lo más satisfactoria posible, empleados así marcan la diferencia! Muchas gracias por todo!

Sehr schönes Hotel in stilvollem und modernem Design. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bereits der Empfang war besonders warmherzig. Hier ist es besonders Christina zu bedanken.

Estuve la semana pasada por reunion de trabajo y realmente lo recomiendo, me gustó mucho la experiencia sobre todo la tranquilidad que se respira , perdí un cargador y el personal fue súper atento . Quiero agradecer especialmente a Giovanna por tratarme como en casa, volveré !

Rooms are very nice, with the right space, bathroom is really beautiful, with a great stone on the walls and floors. We also had a balcony, but apparently that is not a standard.
Breakfast is good, selection of food adequate to our needs. Perhaps having some more green options (salads, rucola, tomatoes, etc.) would be a benefit but I am now being picky.
Bottom line: great place to stay, if we come back to Palma, this is where we will stay.
