W hotelu spędziłem 12 godzin, więc ciężko obiektywnie ocenić. Mi na ten czas wystarczył w zupełności. Wyspałem się, zjadłem śniadanie i pojechałem dalej ????

Fui comemorar meu aniversário com uma viagem para ilha da madeira, e eu achando que não poderia ser melhor, me enganei. Desde o atendimento inicial com simpatia em minha chegada, essa hospitalidade é exatamente tudo que alguém vistando pela primeira vez gostaria de receber, foram cordiais e gentis do começo ao fim, e para fechar com chave de ouro ainda recebi com imenso carinho as duas gentis funcionárias que foram até meu quarto, pouco antes de minha despedida, me levaram um bolinho com vela e um chocolate. Surpreendente e inesquecível, guardo em meu coração o nobre gesto. Muito obrigado!!!
Se desejar ser bem tratado em um ambiente confortável e familiar, hotel Solar Bom Jesus é o ideal. Recomendo com total segurança.

Fabulous hotel just up from the centre of town. Staff are always upbeat and friendly. Room was very comfortable and really enjoyed the breakfast. Also ate a couple of times in the evening, this was a reduced menu as there was not many guests at the hotel. Santa Cruz is a great place with many eateries and bars. Great walks along the front and has a great bus service to many places on the island, also grand if you like watching aircraft. Cheers ????????

Prima hotel maar bijna geen plaats om de auto -hadden een fly- and drive- te parkeren. Het ontbijt was heel gewoon, t avondeten : wij hadden een dagmenu: super lekker.
Ons bed was echt niet fijn, overal voelden wij de spiralen erdoor. En als je flink wandelt wil je goed slapen.
Douchen in het bad, best gevaarlijk, geen anti slipmat aanwezig.
Ligt in een leuk stadje, dichtbij de mooie wandeling in het Oosten.

Sehr gut geeignet für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug. Der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen kostet 12€. Innerhalb 10 Minuten ist man dort.

Bardzo wygodny hotel z pięknym widokiem z tarasu. Dużo udogodnień - basen, siłownia, winda. Mnóstwo ogólnodostępnych zakątków do wypoczynku czy spotkań w większym gronie. W restauracji do dyspozycji gości ekspres do kawy, a przy wyjściu parasole. Właściciele zadbali o każdy detal.

Very good short stay for me at this small hotel in Santa Cruz. Nice small swimming pool on rooftop. Excellent buffet breakfast. Reception staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Household & catering staff were also friendly & efficient. Recommend.

I had a lovely time here.
Great place, not far from airport, spacious rooms, great atmosphere and beach walking distance, shops not far.
Breakfast was included and was plenty of choice and delicious.

We stayed for one night because our flight landed 1 am. The rooms are standard, our rooms had an ant problem.. but overall, it was good for a short stay.

I've tried to book this hotel but i've never received any confirmation of my reservation either from them or booking.
However, I saw that the hotel debited my bank account of 390€. After discussing with Mr Antonio FREITAS, the managing director, he simply told me that he cannot do anything to refund me because of accounting issues. I've never seen a client being treated like this in my entire past tourism experiences. This hotel is a fraud and his director a criminal.
