Super central hotelul la câteva minute de Gran Vía. Camera avea tot ce este necesar dar mobila puțin învechită. Angajații extrem de amabili.

La décoration est un peu vieillotte mais l emplacement est plus que top. Durant notre séjour nous n avons pas pris les transports en commun. Seul bémol chambre donnant sur la rue qui est fréquentée très tardivement .

No nos sentimos cómodos en el check-in gracias a una recepcionista poco amable que hablaba demasiado alto. Los demás muy bien. Un día el buffet del desayuno estaba literalmente vacío, apenas comida ni vajilla limpia, bajamos a quejarnos y solucionaron el problema. Ubicación inmejorable. La habitacion estaba bien, buen tamaño y con balcón.

Booked here at the last minute after getting a rate more than half less than another nearby hotel I had booked. I was pleasantly surprised.
Room and bed was comfy - had a great balcony overlooking the main street. The shower was hella nice. The location is absolutely superb and the staff was friendly every time I had interactions with them.
Only downside - the rooms were a bit dated, but it didn't matter and I wish housekeeping would provide just a few more towels. Also getting in and out of the shower is a little daunting.
I would definitely return.

El hotel está bien situado, el precio es correcto, el servicio es muy agradable, pero había mucho ruido exterior, el hotel no está bien aislado acusticamente, no tiene persianas, las cortinas apenas aportan oscuridad, fue imposible dormir

La ubicación es inmejorable.
La única pega es el ruido de las limpiadoras por la mañana. Empiezan muy temprano a limpiar las habitaciones y para los que queriamos descansar fue imposible.
