Great location first off. You can see the kazinga channel flowing in the background. The staff are incredibly friendly and interested in your journey and experience in the park. Food was amazing and they even catered for my brother who was lactose intolerant.
The tents were comfortable and clean. We had hot water nightly due to the gas water heater and the sound of hippos lulled you to sleep.
They would escort you to your tents at night due to hippos roaming around the camp site at night so watch out for that!
Bumpy road in and out to get to the main road but once you reach the camp you forget about it. 10/15 mins to the different gates into the park.
Overall a great experience.

Great lodge directly located at Queen Elizabeth National Park! Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed our time there. Having dinner under the Ugandan night sky was and incredible adventure. And the staff is very lovely!

Superbe lieu dans le parc Queen Elizabeth. Nous étions dans une tente avec sanitaire. Elles sont éloignées du resto et de la vue sur l'eau. A refaire, on prendrait avec sanitaires partagées pour avoir la vue sur le canal. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Ils nous accompagnent la nuit à notre tente si jamais on croise des animaux????

Superbe lieu dans la forêt de Kibale. La tente de luxe est superbe. Nous étions enfoncés dans la forêt avec les bruits qui vont bien avec ????. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On est accueilli par une famille de singes.

This place is truly amazing. Location overlooking the elephants and hippo’s is spectacular. And the staff is outstanding compared to other places. No doubt a must stay in this area ????????

Beautiful location and incredible to hear and see all the wildlife around the camp! All the staff were so friendly and professional, but a special shout out to Joshua - no matter whether it was early morning or late night, he would escort us from our room to the restaurant with the biggest smile and interesting facts. We won’t forget this place!

Very nice lodge at the heart of the park. Booked a banda, it was comfortable and rustic at the same time. WiFi was not good sadly, catering is good but would be better with more local flavour.

Lovely accommodation with beautiful views of the lake, delicious food, and wonderful staff. Thank you especially to Peter, who made our stay extra special and fun! All the staff really went the extra mile to make it memorable for us.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Just watch out for the hippos!

Bel endroit au milieu de la forêt tropicale. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais c'était magnifique et le personnel était fabuleux. C'est un menu fixe mais la nourriture et le service étaient vraiment bons. Super proche des trucs de suivi des chimpanzés dans le parc national, donc un bon endroit pour rester pour ça (nous l'avons fait)

Comment ne pas mettre 5 étoiles !!!! C'est un lodge exceptionnel avec un staff juste génial qui prend soin de nous, une délicieuse nourriture, des tentes ultra confortable. By the way, les tentes sont trop cute avec vue sur le fleuve. Le plus super cool, c est les éléphants et les hippo qui nous rendent visites la nuit ou le matin tôt ???? ! Un game drive avant le game drive lol ! Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit ????????????????!!!

La tienda con baño incluido es ideal. Por la noche tuvimos la visita se un elefante. Las zonas comunes están muy bien. Se cena al aire libre con el sonido de los hipopótamos. Comida buena, personal excepcional. Como punto negativo el acceso. Con lluvia se hace muy difícil llegar al lodge aun con el 4*4

Le lodge est luxueux. Le magasin de base est situé sur la rive du fleuve. Assis de la porte, nous avons pu voir des turacos, des colobes noir et blanc, des colobes à queue rousse... Merveilleux. Le restaurant est très bon et l'attention est adéquate. La meilleure chose est le nombre de primates que l'on peut voir depuis le lodge lui-même

Le meilleur lodge qui se fond dans la nature. C'est un si bel endroit où séjourner tout en prévoyant de partir en randonnée avec des chimpanzés dans le parc national de la forêt de Kibale en Ouganda. Les repas sont vraiment délicieux et ils sont hygiéniques. C'est à la fois milieu de gamme et économique.

Incredible stay at QE bush camp! We only stayed 1x night, but could easily have stayed more (although the safari in QENP isn't amazing...)
As we checked in & put our bags in our hut, we had an adult elephant walk through the camp. It was unbelievable!! Reading the previous reviews, I was like 'yea right....' but it actually happened. The wild elephant ate greenery around the camp communal area & came right by out tent, munching away. Everyone had to hide indoors and gawk at the elephant from the safety of the their accomodation.
At night, the hippo's come up from the Kazinga channel & graze, and I think this section gives the elephants access to the water, so that's why the come through the camp as well. The embankment is gentle enough for when they want a dip (we later saw elephants on the river splashing away).
The camp set up all the dinner tables in the open & lit them with lanterns in the evening. The Food was so so & there were a million bugs at night, however A+ for effort. Was definitely a fun place to stay & we had an incredible experience.
Also the private, open showers at the back of your lodge are lovely, water is surprisingly hot & bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying here, low cost / high value for what you get.

Camp fantastique, bon prix / bon rapport qualité-prix et donne l'impression d'être réellement dans la forêt.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait plus de 20 singes dans le camping et les arbres. 4 à 5 variétés différentes, et elles n'ont pas été rebutées par les personnes qui y séjournaient. Nous avons pris de belles photos rapprochées d'eux juste autour du camp. Cela a rendu la promenade dans les zones humides de Bigodi plus nulle en comparaison, alors qu'il y avait tant de vie dans notre camp.
Les cabanes d'hébergement étaient belles et propres, le lit confortable. La nourriture était bonne (pour l'Ouganda) et des bières / gins disponibles au bar communal. Le camp allume un feu chaque soir, ce qui est un endroit agréable pour s'asseoir et se détendre après une journée d'observation des chimpanzés (nous en avons vu 20 pendant l'expérience de la forêt), ce que nous recommandons également vivement.

I loved the outdoor shower, the view to Kazinga channel. My kids say that they heard lions in the evening. I’m not sure but you can definately hear hippopotamuses. Dinner around the camp fire has a great atmosphere.
The only thing I didn’t like is that every 2 tent lidge cottages are next to each other and you can hear everything from next door. I was lucky to have my sons there but if it were strangers…

L'environnement est fascinant avec des singes colobes noirs et blancs qui sautent. La chambre était un peu sombre avec des lits inconfortables. Je sais que c'est un lodge avec des murs en toile de tente mais bien qu'à cause de la végétation luxuriante, vous ne pouviez pas voir les tentes voisines, vous pouviez tout entendre. Les gens ronflent, toussent, parlent…

We had the most incredible stay here, we saw SO many beautiful animals and an incredible sunset. They staff, accommodations, and food were wonderful and I hope to go back someday

I love love loved Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge. The first two nights we stayed in a tent, after that we upgraded to a Banda. Both options are luxurious, comfortable and clean. Besides the fact that the accommodation is supererb, the food is amazing. We had the best dinners beside the campfire, with hippo's and elephants coming to pay a visit. Nothing less than magical.
But what I loved the most, was that the entire staff made it seem like you went out and got home to friends and family. All of them would go out of their way to ask how your safari was and what animals you saw... and be super enthusiastic and happy when you would say that you saw lions and be keen on seeing the photos and videos. Would definitely recommend staying here when paying a visit to Queen Elizabeth NP.
Little tip for the owner: maybe fix the road leading up to the camp. We arrived when it was raining and we're driving 'on the shoulders'. It was a slippery slope to say the least.

Je recommande vivement un séjour ici!
Mon seul reproche avec cet endroit était qu'ils n'acceptent pas la carte. Il n'y a pas de guichets automatiques à proximité, alors planifiez à l'avance.
