Cinquante mètres séparent le dortoir et les chambres de cette intimiste guesthouse de la rive du lac Victoria. Ouvert au tournant de la dernière décennie, l'Elementis compte un beau jardin doté d'un hamac, d'une balancelle et de deux toutous tout doux, des pièces communes agréables, un dortoir propre et pratique (casiers, moustiquaires) et des chambres confortables et fonctionnelles. Exquis petit déjeuner, wifi, service attentionné et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Really nice hostel. The staff is very friendly. We had an early flight and we could check out and stay on the premises while waiting for our flight.
We stayed in the 4-bed dorm, which is quite small but wasn't a big deal because it was only me and my friend. I can imagine it will feel packed if you are staying with 4 in the dorm (with all the luggage). The bed has a light, an USB outlet and a little side table, which is very convenient. The matrass, blanket en pillow are nice, although a bit warm. The shower is amazing! It warm, and its powerful.
It feels very safe on the premises, the gate is always locked and there are some dogs. The guesthouse also offers filtered water to feel up your bottle, free of charge. It's a 10 minute walk to Victoria mall, and if you wanna go out you have to walk a bit further. The place is right on the beach.
