Decent but staff really try to speak French to you even though I told them I speak no French. A fair bit of noise at night from the pub/club or something from next door not the best location but it is what it is

Hôtel assez calme, chambres spacieuses.
Personnel très agréable et serviable.
Hôtel un peu vieillissant, mériterait un rafraîchissement complet, il y a des taches sur les moquettes, sur les rideaux, les descentes de lit et les joints de carrelages de la salle de bain noircissent...

We travel around the world and stayed in tones of hotels. And I am afraid to say this is probably one of the worst 4* hotels that I have ever come across! More like a 2*!
The room (206) is old, dirty and in very poor condition. We booked a non-smoking room and could smell someone had smoked in the room previously. The window could be opened fully as the latch had been broken. And we could see lots of cigarette burning marks on the window sills outside. Carpet was filthy. Furnitures were old. Skirting board was scratched and marked. Bathroom has mould and damp marks between tiles. Some tiles were broken. TV was tiny and blurry.
Only one bottle of water in the room when there were two of us. Had to ask for one more at the reception.
Breakfast was very average. Had to ask staff for more milk for the cereals as the container was empty and not refilled.
Only positives are that the Receptionist Ella was very good, and it has good view to the Port.
Hotel is due for a refurb and no way this is a 4* hotel!

Room a little old small fridge not even water offer the kettle but no coffee
The bed was good, the shower spread every where
Check in all went well room had been pre paid on check out I am told need to pay the room and that was without looking at the system!! Not clever all end up ok

Je viens de passer Noël à Calais les 24 et 25 décembre.
J'avais retenu une chambre à Holiday inn Calais pour l'occasion.
J'ai été très agréablement surpris.
Chambre propre et personnel très accueillant.
Je recommande vivement cette chaîne d'hôtels.

Possibly the worst hotel experience in history.
Roll up, mum and dad and two young kids at 2am with a paid-for reservation through booking.com, to be told there are no rooms.
Poor guy in front desk didn’t have much to work with. He had two unprepared, not cleaned rooms that he cleaned for us which took some time but really he only managed to change the sheets (we hope). We know the he didn’t manage to clean the bathroom because the toilet was filled with the remnants of the previous guest who must have been quite sick.
The guy came back and cleaned the toilet eventually flushing away the effluence that was left behind.
While he did offer us breakfast in the morning, while I sit and write this at 3:30am, I expect a much greater kicker in the morning.
I haven’t heard from my wife how her experience is going with my other kid. I’m just somehow glad my eldest and me had this particular experience because if it was my wife and youngest in this room, she’d be knocking on our door and we’d be back in the car driving to Reims.
Oh, and our dog was attacked by the resident Alsatian / husky.
Oh, and beyond the stink of sewage in the room for obvious reasons, the apparent no smoking room stunk! Of smoke, human effluence, probably a dead body somewhere.
I’m going to sleep with one eye open and our ‘balcony’ door wide open.

Zimmer unterscheiden sich enorm, Zustand und Ausstattung sind eher unteres Mittelmaß. Frühstück na ja. Parkplätze nicht gesichert, separate gelegene Einzelgaragen reservierbar. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung für Urlauber, für Durchreisende Tagesgäste ausreichend.

No restaurant. A bar which closes at 9pm. But good location. However despite its location it is a 15 minute drive to the ferry terminal.

Serve the purpose , a night stop for the next day trip via the tunnel, excellent customer service and hospitality extended. The staff Ms Constance deserve the award for going extra by offering me the ice cube when i accidentally hit the door, without even me asking for it!! All the team are awesome! great stay!

The best part of our stay was the customer service. We showed up late, about 2:30 am, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. It was very much appreciated!
The hotel location is close to the Le Shuttle and Ferry terminal that goes to France. So it's very convenient.
The outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but the inside is clean and up to date. It has a nice little bar and seating area.
The rooms were clean and spacious, but the ac was restricted to a minimum.
I would recommend.

The hotel is well located nestled between the port and the town. The rooms are modern, a good size and the view is great if you get one the front which over looks the quay area. Breakfast was ok, a selection of pastries, plus a hot choice of bacon, sausage, baked beans, mushrooms and scrambled eggs. Tea, coffee and juice were so available. Approx 10 min drive to the channel tunnel.
