Rapport qualité/prix est bon. Seulement l’accueil et la demande de renseignement n’est pas bon. Accueil tres froid et pas aimable. Plus, lors de mon arrivée a l'aéroport, j’ai demandé des renseignements concernant la navette (information mal détaillés, du mal a trouver le point de ramassage) et j’ai bien compris que j’embêter la personne au telephone. J’ai finis par prendre un uber pour venir a l’hotel

Correcte par rapport au prix du logement, cependant pour le sce et le repas (le buffet) à revoir, on nous sert un plat et la sauce n arrive qu'après temps d'attente (la viande a eu le temps de se refroidir),

à part celà le sce navette aéroport que vous proposez super pratrique.

The staff in the kitchen very rude when I told them about the food smelling they didnt want to listen and the shuttle bus driver was very rude as well waited for the bus over an hour from airport when asked why he took long he just replied that he cant speak English which i find weird. How can you work with at an international Airport when you cant communicate with your customers from all over the world. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and dont recommend anyone i know

Room dirty, fittings hanging off the wall, broken kettle, 1 foot missing off the heater. Spoke to reception last night who said wait till tomorrow I can’t help. This morning bathroom flooded when showering, on the way to reception.
